A wonderful place for a holiday

We had a wonderful time in the house "Casale di Giovanna". From the house you have stunning views in the surrounding landscape and in the hills of the Marche. There is absolutly no annoyance due to noise and it is always nice to take a bath in the beautiful pool in the middle of the wonderful garden. The house is convenient and everything you need is available. In the surroundings is so mutch to see (nature, culture, history, nice restaurants etc). We will come back for sure.

Sehr schönes Anwesen. Vor allen Dingen in ruhiger Lage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Marco ist sehr zuvorkommend,. sympathisch und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-) Auch mit unseren beiden Hunden hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Ein großes Kompliment. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Auch der Strand war super, die Wasserqualität passt. Erheblich besser als in Mondolfo z.B.!! Viele Grüße

Campagna marchigiana

Marco è un ospite preciso puntuale e gentile. La casa rispecchia in pieno quanto indicato nell'annuncio relax puro per umani e cani con belle passeggiate nei dintorni della casa. Vicino centri storici bellissimi e relax nella natura. Il nostro appartamento comodissimo dotato di tutti i confort wifi eccellente abbiamo anche potuto lavorare senza problemi. Per stare comodi consiglio l'appartamento ad un massimo di 6 persone quante possono dormire nelle rispettive camere ma ci sono divani letto anche nella sala cucina. Esperienza da ripetere per noi senza alcun dubbio. Esperienza da ripetere.

Abbiamo soggiornato nelle due settimane centrali di agosto del 2020, due adulti ed una bimba di quasi sette anni e per alcuni giorni abbiamo ospitato un po' di amici (tre giorni una famiglia di tre persone e altri tre giorni una coppia). La casa è super attrezzata, ha tutto ciò che serve, in sei persone ci si sta benissimo perché è molto spaziosa. La piscina è superlativa e per nostra figlia è stata una gioia averla disponibile per giocare e fare bagni a ripetizione. Il panorama è suggestivo, si è circondati da colline bellissime. Offida è a cinque minuti di auto ed ha tutti i servizi, oltre ad un centro storico che lascia a bocca aperta. Infine una menzione particolare per Marco, la sua gentilezza e la sua cortesia (ci ha consentito di fare check out fuori orario per un nostro imprevisto). Ideale sia per una vacanza fuori dal caos e lontano da tutto, sia come base per visitare i dintorni (mare a 15 minuti, Ascoli Piceno a 30 minuti, Monti Sibillini ad un'ora). Lo consiglio vivamente.

A Place to disconnect and enjoy the nature

We spent two great weeks at Il Casale di Giovanna. The place is really nice, in the middle of the hills, close to the beach, surrounded by so many small villages that you don’t get enough time to visit all of them in 2 weeks. The house is very well equipped and offered enough space for us (we were between 5 and 8 adults during these weeks); in any case we spent most of the time either at the garden or on the road. The two flats are well isolated and the common space is split in a way that you always have your privacy. All in all a great choice if you like nature, quietness and want to know a bit of Le Marche an ideal place to spend your holidays. Grazie Marco

Leuk huis in een prachtige omgeving

Het huis bestaat uit 2 appartementen. Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond gehuurd. Het voordeel van de begane grond is dat de tuin aansluit aan het huis, De eerste week waren we alleen, in de tweede week was het andere appartement bezet door een familie met een hond. Dat was niet ideaal en was een inbreuk op onze privacy, zeker omdat de hond groot was en onze kleine kinderen daar bang voor waren. Na een aantal gesprekken met de andere familie werd dit min of meer opgelost (hond constant aangelijnd). De huiseigenaar (Marco) was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam en spreekt bovendien zeer goed Engels. Het huis is zeer compleet en ruim. De tuin is mooi, groot en met een fantastisch uitzicht aan alle kanten. Er zijn voldoende ligbedden en stoelen. De kinderen hebben dagen lang in het zwembad gespeeld. Zeer aan te raden, maar als je niet van huisdieren houdt, check dan voooraf wie het andere appartement heeft gehuurd.

Empfehlenswert

Wir sind im Juni von Süddeutschland in die Marken gefahren, mit einer empfehlenswerten Zwischenübernachtung in Bologna. In den Marken angekommen, hat uns Marco, der Besitzer des Hauses, in einem kleinen Dorf abgeholt und zum Haus begleitet, was gut war, da wir es sonst wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden hätten. Das Haus liegt wunderschön, umgeben von Grün und sehr ruhig. Man hat sehr viele Vogelstimmen gehört und besonders beim Sonnenaufgang konnte man - z.B. in der vorgefundenen Hängematte - einem wunderbaren Tierstimmenkonzert lauschen. Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und unseren 4 Kinden in der unteren Wohnung gewohnt. Diese war ausreichend groß; neben der Wohnküche, 3 Badezimmern und einem Hauswirtschaftsraum gibt es zwei abgetrennte Schlafzimmer und ein Durchgangszimmer, das wir als Schlafraum für zwei Kinder genutzt haben. Den Schlafbereich konnte man optisch durch einen Vorhang abtrennen, zum Wohnraum hin gab es keine Türe. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll - teilweise mit Sichtmauerwerk - renoviert. Sehr stimmig zum Mauerwerk der Gewölbe ist der freundliche grünblaue Fließenboden. Die Wohnung ist auch ansprechend dekoriert und strahlt daher Wohnlichkeit aus. Jede der zwei Wohnungen im Haus kann einen eigenen Pool nutzen, was uns überrascht hat, aber letztlich sehr angenehm war. Da wir uns in der Wohnung und um das Haus herum so wohl gefühlt haben, sind wir in unserer Woche nur zweimal ans Meer gefahren. Sowohl Grottamare als auch San Benedetto del Tronto haben schöne Strände. Sehr gerne sind wir nach Offida gefahren und haben es genossen, dort auf dem alten Platz ein Eis oder am Abend in dem Restaurant "Cantina" zu essen, was uns Marco empfohlen hatte. Die Atmosphäre auf dem Platz am Abend ist wunderschön. Beim Herumfahren mit dem Auto hat uns die Aussicht auf die endlosen Hügelketten der Marken immer wieder beeindruckt und gefallen. Schön fanden wir, dass die Gegend nicht so touristisch rüberkommt, wie z.B. die Toskana. Auf der Rückfahrt haben wir noch zwei Nächte in Venedig verbracht. Bei aller Schönheit, die es dort gab, haben wir uns gerne an das grüne Idyll in den Marken erinnert.

One of the Best places to stay!

Could not have asked for a better host! for a better house! We were in Ascoli for a wedding, family from Italy, Argentina, United States and Australia were attending. Guess where we all gathered and had our meals and down time? At this house!! we felt at home, we felt like we were locals, we loved it! we were a family of 8 and we had room to roam, area to explore. Will stay here again always!! Thank you for making it so easy.

Immerso nel verde, relax ma con tutti i confort

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano terra dal 06 a 20 agosto 2016. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tv, pc con connessione ad internet wifi e ripetitore del segnale telefonico per cell. all'interno della casa. Cosa dire, Marco, il proprietario, super disponibile, ad ogni nostra domanda e necessità ha saputo rispondere con precisione e immediatezza. La casa è stupenda, circondata dal verde, con piscina e area relax. Splendide le camminate mattutine per le campagne e anche per i nostri cani (2 cocker e un barboncino), il poter essere lasciati liberi senza pericoli, è stato fantastico. Il mare è circa a 20min, a Grottammare c'è anche una spiaggia per i cani, non molto bella, ma per portare gli amici pelosi qualche volta è più che sufficiente. Noi quando ci muovevamo senza cani, ci spostavamo verso San Benedetto, ma è una preferenza personale perché il mare e il lungo mare è assolutamente tutto bellissimo. Ottime le sagre dei paesi limitrofi al casale e stupendi i borghi medioevali. Anche se un po' distante, consigliamo di recarvi sulla riviera del Conero, in circa un'ora di auto si trovano delle spiagge indimenticabili e si può scegliere tra quelle più accessibili a quelle più "selvagge", il mare è sempre stupendo. Ruhe und Entspannung

Alleingänge, Ruhe, Entspannung, Pool, schönes altes Haus, neu renoviert, WLAN funktioniert nur in der Wohnstube, zur Adria 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Leider war das Haus vor unserer Mietzeit nicht richtig sauber gemacht worden, nur der Fußboden. Ansonsten überall Spinnweben und Staub von mehreren Wochen. Auch die Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht richtig sauber! Schade! Super Haus aber ungepflegt!

Charmantes Ferienhaus auf den Hügeln der Marken

Ein wunderschönes gepflegtes Landhaus mit viel Charme, das voll und ganz hält, was in der Anzeige versprochen wird. Die Landschaft , in die das Haus eingebettet ist, ist mindestens genauso schön und wirkt äußerst beruhigend auf den gestressten Geist. Kurzum, Domizil und Landschaft tragen sehr zur Erholung von Körper, Geist und Seele bei und machen den Urlaub zu einem echten Vergnügen. Wer jedoch die Meereswellen unmittelbar in seiner Nähe rauschen hören möchte, für den ist das Haus sicher nicht der passende Verweilort. Zum nächsten Strand in San Benedetto sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15-20 Minuten. Allerdings bietet der zum Haus gehörige Pool allen Wasserratten zumindest jederzeit die Möglichkeit sich abzukühlen. Und für Kinder ist der Pool bestens geeignet um sich auch für längere Zeit darin zu vergnügen. Die Ausstattung der Schlafräume, der Bäder sowie der Küche ist geschmackvoll und vollständig. Wünschenswert wäre eine Außenbeleuchtung für die Terrasse, damit das gemeinsame Essen abends nicht im Dunkeln stattfinden muss. Marco, der Besitzer des Domizils ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei aber äußerst diskret und auf die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste bedacht. Bei der Anreise wurden wir persönlich von ihm an einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht.

A paradise in the Marche

A wonderful place, where you can enjoy the "Sound of silence". The house is very complete equipped and everything is in a perfect condition. Enough shadow for when the sun must be avoided and a pool to cool down. Supermarkets in Offida (< 10 minutes) but a fresh Pane e Dolci on 2 km's. Highly recommended! una sistemazione tranquilla nel verde

Una casa comoda e accogliente, ristrutturata con cura, che conserva ancora molti caratteri della dimora che è stata un tempo, in una cornice di totale tranquillità. Venendo dalla città ci si meraviglia che ci possano essere dei posti ancora così silenziosi. Le Marche non le conoscevamo bene e si sono rivelate una regione piena di sorprese: bei luoghi da visitare, ottimo cibo e perché no, anche buon vino. Marco, il padrone di casa è gentile e disponibile.

Excellent Place to Relaxand go around Le Marche

The house is excellent for a relaxing holiday. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. You will find everything you need in this house to espend a hassel free week. Fully equiped and nice decorated kitchen and bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms so many guest will not be an issue. Location is superb, hidden in the hills and at the same time close enough to main road to access main towns in few minutes. Definetly reccomend this holiday villa. When there you can go to the local restaurant Orphis in Offida to have a nice dinner or bring home some local produce like a beautiful prosciutto from the Offida butcher, some mushrooms and wine.....

Bellissimo casale immerso nella natura.

Abbiamo scoperto un piccolo angolo immerso nella natura dove trascorrere tranquille vacanze lontano dalla confusione di agosto. Un bellissimo casale restaurato, confortevole, ben arredato e attrezzato ( la tv però non l'abbiamo mai accesa). Inoltre abbiamo goduto di una piccola ma perfetta piscina per intrattenere grandi e piccoli. Piacevoli e meravigliose le cene e le serate sotto le stelle. Il cielo qui è favoloso. Ottima posizione: vicino al mare e ai borghi medievali della zona e ai monti Sibillini. Un posto per rilassarsi e assaporare il gusto e sentire l'energia di essere avvolti dalla natura.Proprietario gentile e cordiale. Un rifugio per ogni periodo dell' anno. Ci torneremo . Dimenticavo il vicino produce un ottimo vino bianco Passerina e Pecorino, quest'ultimo ha ottenuto per due anni di seguito i tre bicchieri del gambero rosso. Buona vacanza.

Soggiorno spettacolare!

Ci siamo innamorati di Offida e delle Marche. La casa, pulita, in ordine e ben arredata è in un posto bellissimo, con un panorama spettacolare da qualsiasi punto.. I bambini sono stati proprio bene, liberi ed immersi nella natura. Marco il proprietario è disponibile e simpatico! Un soggiorno che non dimenticheremo! assolutamente 5 stelle!

Un très agréable séjour / A very pleasant stay

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, au calme, dans cette belle maison au milieu des collines des Marches. Le paysage est magnifique, la mer n'est pas loin et les villages et les villes avoisinantes sont très riches en patrimoine. Les enfants ont passé beaucoup de temps dehors et se sont beaucoup amusés. Les parents se sont bien reposés. We had a very pleasant stay in the Casale di Giovanna. The house is nicely located in the middle of the hills. It is quiet and the landscape is very nice. The sea is not far away. There are beautiful cities and villages around, with a lot to see. Children spent most of their time outdoor and had a lot of fun. Parents had a good rest.
