Four-story villa with sea views, located in the historisc

The recently renovated villa with fine finishes and original materials is located in the medieval centre of Cupra Marittima, about 500 metres from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. The villa of about 180 square metres is spread over four levels all with a splendid view of the sea. The first floor offers access to a terrace with garden where it is possible to rest or eat while enjoying the view of the sea and the typical hills of the Marche region.
The ground floor entrance leads directly to the first large living room with adjoining bathroom, laundry room and storage room. The first floor consists of the living room-kitchen; the second floor consists of the bedroom with a loggia where breakfast can be eaten and a bathroom. The third and last floor consists of the bedroom from which it is possible to enjoy a suggestive night view through the white slatted roof window. This second bedroom also has a private bathroom.

Fantastic view and relaxing place

House is perfect, clean and fully furnished. A fantastic garden/patio with lovely sea view, nice area for having dinner/lunch outside. Parking space just in front of the entrance. You need to be aware that the house is on top of an hill, roads to arrive there are small. Owner is a lovely person, very kind, honest is explaining all the details prior to my booking.

Some disappointing surprises

First.. the good.. The property is as nice as the pictures suggest. The views are amazing. There are a couple of nice restaurants up in the old town within walking distance. The beach is decent. The hosts were friendly and kind. However, while they claimed to want to know about any issues, when we let them know that the curtains in the master weren’t closing properly, they suggested we fix it ourselves.. We were surprised to learn upon arrival that if we used the air conditioning, there would be additional cost. Apparently, that’s in the rental contract. That SHOULD be in the listing. Still, we WERE going to use the AC, but it wouldn’t cool our bedroom, so we opted to open the windows. That kept it comfortable, but let in various flying insects since there were no screens. More importantly, it let in the ever-present sound of the train, which runs regularly around the clock.

Dear guests, thanks for your initial positive, I could answer to all the issue reported but will focus on one. AC works properrly. We decided to have it not included in the house price in 2022 and to charge a min amount per kw. That was reported in the terms and conditions and I am sorry you haven’t read about it. Despite that you left without even paying for it.

Ein wunderschöner Ferienaufenthalt

Hoch über Cupra Marittima haben wir wunderschöne Tage in einer tollen Ferienwohnung in der historischen Altstadt genossen. Patrizia und Antonio sind aufmerksame Gastgeber, die bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen. An der Einrichtung der Wohnung über 4 Etagen gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Und auch die unmittelbare Umgebung der Marken und Abruzzen lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Von daher - Prädikat "Absolut empfehlenswert"!

Perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Italienurlaub

Was für ein magischer Ort! Das Haus thront über Cupra Marittima im Borgo storico und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Küste und auf den gegenüberliegenden Olivenhain. Der kleine Garten ist eine Oase der Ruhe und vom Schlafzimmer aus sieht man das Meer, sobald man die Augen öffnet. Ausstattung des Hauses ist hochwertig, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Patrizia ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin mit guten Tipps und immer ansprechbar. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Schöne Unterkunft

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, Check-in und Out war alles Problemlos. Patrizia und ihr Mann sind sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und stehen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Der einzige Störfaktor war der Zugverkehr unten am Strand, den man bis in die Unterkunft mitbekommt aber das tut dem Gesamtobjekt keinen Abbruch.

Alles perfekt

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Patrizias Wohnung! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet, und hat sowohl vom lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer als auch von der wunderschönen Terasse und dem schönen Garten einen traumhaften Blick auf die Adria. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig am Rande des mittelalterlichen Städtchens. Auch Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe war immer möglich. Patrizia und Antonio haben uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und standen für Fragen stets bereit. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wonderful house with a fantastic view. It is well and modern equipped and clean. The house is located on top of a hill and it takes approx. 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It might not be ideal for families with small children as there are many stairs and balustrades.

Don’t hesitate!

This is a lovely apartment in an amazing historical hill town/castle. The owner was wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful. The only drawback is three flights of stairs which was not in the listing. It was okay for us, but maybe not for everyone. I recommend!

Sehr nette Eigentümer, Super Haus, gerne wieder

Das Haus ist sehr ungewöhnlich und sehr schön mit einem kleinen Garten direkt in der historischen Burg. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt um die Ecke. Kleine gemütliche Stadt mit weiten Stränden.
