Modern and freshly renovated 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the world famous Puerto Banús. Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars, shops and nightclubs. This beautiful property features all the comforts and appliances expected of a luxury holiday apartment. The property has strong centralised A/C (hot and cold), and access to fast fibre optic WIFI. Included in the rental of the property is a private garage parking space, located beneath the property.
The front door opens with the open plan kitchen on the right, the living room in front, and the bathroom and shower on the left. The kitchen provides all the utensils and appliances expected of a quality property of this side. Guests wishing to cook and entertain from the apartment will have no trouble. Appliances include: kettle, coffee machine, juicer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.
The living room provides a comfortable sofa (sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests) facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc), and a dining area with seating for 4. There is an attached extension with an additional sofa that looks across to the boulevard below, great for people watching and spotting the luxury cars that frequent Puerto Banús.
The bedroom provides a large double bed, large smart TV, and plenty of wardrobe space. Just outside the bedroom door, and by the entrance to the apartment, is the property’s bathroom, which is fitted with a large walk-in rainfall shower.
