TD Lamia Porta Rossa, Countryside w/Olive Trees

Among the centuries-old olive trees of the Apulian countryside, a few kilometers from Fasano and only 5 km from the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, stands Lamia Porta Rossa, an ancient stone house where tradition meets contemporary comfort.
Once a rural friend, today the house has been cleverly renovated to welcome guests in bright and harmonious environments. The entrance leads to a large open space embellished with stone vaults, which houses the kitchen and the living area, a space designed for conviviality and relaxation. An open mezzanine, harmoniously integrated with the living area, houses a double bed and is ideal for accommodating children or young adults.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, furnished with taste and attention to detail, to ensure comfort and privacy for each guest. The kitchen leads to an outdoor veranda with folding glass doors, which dissolves the border between interior and exterior and opens onto the pool and the quiet of the surrounding countryside, creating a perfect space for moments to share, from breakfast to dinners at sunset.
Outside, a well-kept garden and a charming avenue scented with aromatic plants, olive trees and fruit trees lead to the 40 sqm pool with solarium. At the service of the pool there is an additional bathroom with a shower.

The location is ideal for exploring the territory: in a few minutes you can reach the beaches of Savelletri, the rocky coves and the sandy shores of the Adriatic coast. Fasano, with its historic center, is a short distance away, as is Ostuni, the famous White City , Monopoli, Locorotondo and the most fascinating villages in the Itria Valley. Between historic farms, food and wine tours and timeless landscapes, Lamia Porta Rossa is the perfect starting point to discover the authentic soul of Puglia.
 
For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves.


Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
 
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00 .

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
