Great place in Poolewe

The house is perfect for families/friends visiting Wester Ross. Comfortable, warm & tidy with x3 bathrooms. Can’t fault it.

Poolewe is Wonderful

Such a good location in this jewel of a place. Well equipped cottage, spotlessly clean. Plenty of space. A lovely place to stay.

The living area stank of curry. Upon commenting, the owners gave us Fabrice and an air freshener but it made no difference. It was a horrible all pervading smell and lasted our entire stay. The extractor filters were full of grease and I don’t think had been washed at all. The owners didn’t enquire if the spray and freshener fixed the problem. The cottage was sparse and didn’t feel like a home. I would not stay again.
