Roomy relaxing stay

Communication was always quick and easy. Lots of room an extra amenities. Close to transportation making it easy to get around. Overall great stay!

Great stay

The apartment is super clean. The building is old but the bathroom and I side is remodeled. The host is very nice and flexible. The location is not closed to the subway, however tram transport is available. Overall a great stay .

Experience local life in Milano

Wonderful apartment for your stay in Milano. Out of the touristy part of the city and you can experience life with the locals. We felt so at home staying here and Alice was a wonderful host. Fabulous local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here. Apartment was very tidy and comfortable.

Milan stay

Quaint little apartment 20 minutes from Duomo. Me and a travel buddy stayed 4 days. Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony view. Our host alice was great. Neighborhood was a little different than expected but overall great experience.

We would not recommend staying here. We were shocked with our experience given the many great reviews. When we got there, there were little ants all over the apartment, dirty dishes left on the counter/in the sink and the shower was spraying water from the top of the shower head so we had to use the tub. The hosts were not very understanding about the issue, insisting that we did not know how to use the shower. The balcony was also pretty messy, a lot of plants which we imagine is where the ants were coming from. We may have been able to overlook some of these things if the location was more ideal. But we were still about an hour out of the city center. Overall, it got the job done for the short stay we had in Milan but it was certainly not the most comfortable stay we’ve had.

Matthew and his partner wrote this review because they did not receive the refund they had hoped for. There were four ants, as shown in the photo they sent me. I apologized for the dirty spoon and cutting board, as I am always very attentive to cleanliness. They may have been dirty when they arrived, or they may have gotten dirty after they arrived. I don't know. The shower head was actually broken, but they did not want my husband to go and fix or replace it right away, saying that they would use the bathtub. The shower head was promptly fixed as soon as they checked out (things can break). The apartment was left in a terrible state: the sheets were stained red/brown, and the toilet was covered in brown stains (the toilet brush is present; perhaps they don't know how to use it?). Finally, the apartment is a maximum of 30 minutes from the center and this easily by verified with Google Maps.

Très bien !

L'appartement est agréable et confortable. La terrasse est agréable dès les premiers rayons de soleil et nous étions en février ! Le quartier est calme et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Il y a également tout pour faire ses courses dans le quartier (un marché, un supermarché, des boulangeries, des cafés, etc.) et également des restaurants. Notre séjour était très agréable !
