This modern 5 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the Ayia Triada area, and is just a few minutes drive to the resort centres of Kapparis, Pernera and Protaras strip.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room offers a comfortable seating area with satellite TV, the dining area features table and chairs to seat 10 persons and the kitchen has everything you need and all modern appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Two of the five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower and Wc.

You will also find a utility room next to the kitchen with the dishwasher, washing machine, sink and an extra refrigerator, and there is a ground floor Wc.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and the added luxury of a walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom has a bathtub, overhead shower and Wc.

The garden features an outside dining area, barbecue, sun-loungers, outside shower, sink and worktop area, and private pool. There is ample space for long lazy days of sunbathing and relaxing and barbecues and entertaining in the evening.

There is full air-conditioning and WIFI throughout the villa and the option of central heating and pool heating at an added cost.

The Ayia Triada area is located centrally between the resort areas of Kapparis and Pernera. Great for families with children, there are numerous sandy beaches nearby and a good selection of restaurants and bars, all within a 15 minute walk. Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports. The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer.

There is a bus stop very close to the villa that will take you to Pernera, Protaras, Ayia Napa and there are plenty of taxis around
