The owner and his wife live on the ground floor of the house, completely independent from the rest of the house for your safety, well-being and maintenance of the property.
Only families, married couples and mixed groups of maximum 12 people are allowed.
Parties are not allowed on the property or music late at night to respect the neighbors and avoid bad behavior and problems.

Un peu gĂȘnant parce que nous sommes pas libre de faire ce qu’on souhaite. Autour de la piscine il y a une camĂ©ra de surveillance, donc pas pratique pour ceux qui sont voilĂ©s et souhaite nager.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique en famille dans cette villa à Agadir. La villa est spacieuse, trÚs propre, et parfaitement située à proximité de toutes les commodités. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre expérience exceptionnelle, c'est l'accueil chaleureux de Carlos et de sa femme. Ils ont été incroyablement gentils et attentionnés, toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos besoins et rendre notre séjour aussi agréable que possible. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette villa à quiconque cherche un endroit idéal pour se détendre à Agadir.

Amazing place and host

Very helpful host both Carlos and his Mrs did everything they could to make the stay pleasant. Amazing place felt very safe and at ease. Definitely recommended and will be booking again near future.
