Serenity guaranteed

A wonderful place to escape the rat race. The apartment was freshly decorated and well provided with linen and equipment. The owner was great. There is you needed him but did not interfere in any way. The garden was exactly as advertised with a wonderful swimming pool which was cleaned regularly. We really couldn't fault this property and would highly recommend it.

Everything was lovely until the Black Mould arrived.

At first, we were very happy with the accommodation. which was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The garden is particularly lovely. Everything was fine until about 7 days into our stay when we started to notice mould forming on the ceiling of the bathroom and the corner of the bedroom wall in which we were sleeping. We bought some mould cleaner but two days later we noticed that the mould had returned and was considerably worse now covering about a meter and a half across the ceiling and from the ceiling to the floor in one corner of the bedroom. The bathroom ceiling was completely covered as well. We then found more mould behind the sofa in the living room. It was at this point that we notified the property owner who agreed to arrange cleaning the property after the weekend. We were concerned that we would at the very least be spending one day possibly more in the property before the situation could be dealt with. At this point the owner offered us the option to stay in another property at the same location but this was not as nice as the house we had booked. It was at this point we decided to leave as the extent of the mould infestation was far too great and we were concerned about the impact on our health. We never received an apology and in subsequent communications with the owner he declined to refund any money until he had read our review. Hopefully the situation has been rectified for his next guests.

Très belle maison, séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très confortable, spacieuse et pratique avec ses 2 salles de bain. Le jardin est magnifique. L’hôte Humberto est très sympathique et très disponible. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir l’Algarve. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! Encore merci Humberto

Gartenanlage sehr gut, Ferienwohnung mit Schwächen

Die Anlage liegt ca. 7-8 KM außerhalb von Albufeira. Diese ist sehr schön gestaltet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küchenstattung der Wohnung ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Viele Dinge fehlten ( Kaffeemaschine und Standardküchenzubehör ).Es gab Probleme mit dem Toilettenabfluss, was dann letztlich vom Vermieter behoben wurde. Die Waschmaschine ging mitten im Waschgang aus und konnte bis zu unserer Abreise nicht wieder genutzt werden.Im Schlafzimmer und im hinteren Badezimmer roch trotz regelmäßigem Lüften immer etwas müffig. Nach 1 1/2 Wochen tauchte im Schlafraum und im Bad Schimmel auf. Mit Blick auf unsere Gesundheit haben wir uns wegen des Schimmels nach 2 von geplanten 3 Wochen entschieden, uns eine andere Wohnung zu suchen. Der Vermieter hat uns die Kosten der 3. Woche weitgehend erstattet.

Diese Gäste sind der Typ, der aus kleinen, unwichtigen Dingen fast alles macht, was er tut. Alle meine Unterkünfte verfügen über einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Ich wollte die Kaffeemaschine ins Haus stellen und der Nachbar meinte, dass sie eine Maschine mitgebracht hätten und sie deshalb nicht bräuchten! Was die Waschmaschine betrifft, habe ich einen Techniker gerufen und mit der Maschine war alles in Ordnung, da sie bis zum Ende von zwei getesteten Programmen immer gut funktionierte. Diese Kunden wussten nicht, wie man die Maschine richtig programmiert. Es trat nur sehr wenig Schimmel auf und dieser ließ sich leicht behandeln und reinigen. Ich möchte, dass alle meine Kunden mit meinen Unterkünften zufrieden sind, da ich selbst keine unzufriedenen Kunden in meinen Häusern haben möchte. Ich ziehe es vor, ihnen das Geld für die verbleibenden Nächte zurückzuerstatten, damit sie abreisen können. Dieser Gast ist nicht vertrauenswürdig oder zuverlässig, er steht nicht zu seinem Wort, denn er hat das Geld genommen und unsere Vereinbarung gebrochen!!!

Un séjour agréable

Un appartement correct dans un très beau jardin bien entretenu. Le propriétaire Umberto est sympathique et à notre écoute. Néanmoins, nous avons trouvé qu'il n'y avait pas assez d'équipements de cuisine ( on peut avoir l'impression que la constitution de la vaisselle est de la récup) et une certaine promiscuité entre les différentes maisons pourrait gêner certaines personnes. Nous avons eu la chance de côtoyer d'autres vacanciers discrets. Ce n'est pas toujours le cas!

Einfache Ausstattung aber Toll war es

Das Appartement ist echt toll. Die Lage hervorragend. Das Bett.... naja könnte besser sein. Die spartanisch Ausstattung der Küche sind wir von Portugal gewohnt. Hier fehlt es fast an allem. Spühlmaschinen Taps... Klopapier besser mitbringen... Waschpulver auch mitbringen... . Aber dennoch 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Wirklich gut... wenn die Ansprüche etwas dem Landestypischen entsprechen... gerne wieder.

Magnifique, reposant

L'accueil, le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible. L'hébergement se trouve dans un jardin avec piscine, magnifiquement arboré, très apaisant et agréable après une journée de randonnée. L'hébergement est spacieux, propre. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Meubels en lampen

De meubels van het huis binnen en buiten waren heel erg slecht. In de avond waren er alleen lampjes op sensor , die na 1 seconden alweer uitgingen. Dat is zeer gevaarlijk. Er was geen verlichting in het zwembad, geen reddingsboeien en er werd ook geen diepte aangegeven.

Le propriétaire pas aimable du tout tout est à l’economie, les chaises extérieures étaient certaines très vieilles et une à cassé sans aucune raison et il me l’a fait payer 6 € etc etc et cette offre ne mérite pas de faire partie de votre groupe à éviter et j’étais pressé de rentrer , le propriétaire n’est même pas venu nous dire au revoir .

Heel leuke locatie als je tot rust wil komen. Prachtige tuin en zwembad. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Leuke uitgestippelde wandelingen in de buurt.. als je de drukte wil, kan je die opzoeken, maar dan heb je zeker een wagen nodig. Wij willen graag eens teruggaan.

Een oase in een minder mooi gebied. Wel veel in de omgeving te zien hoor

Een mooie tuin waar je overal kan zitten. Wij hadden onze eigen stoelen mee want de plastic stoeltjes zijn toch minder comfortabel. Er zijn wel ligbedden en een zwembad. Aardige host. Bed kan beter, te smal voor twee en we zijn beter gewend zeg maar. Maar gezien de prijs toch een aanrader.

Maar deze gast vond het erg leuk om in deze accommodatie te zijn omdat ze had gevraagd om meer dagen te blijven, maar dat was niet mogelijk omdat het al gereserveerd was voor andere klanten.
