The bungalow features a nice private terrace, with private direct entrance from the street, and a porch with outdoor dining area. There is a living room with sofa/TV area and interior dining area, and an open fully-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is a second full bathroom with shower.
The bungalow has air conditioning and free high-speed WIFI. There is a private parking space for one car at street level. The Puerto Rico beach and marina are 500 meters away. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is 1 km away and the airport is 35 minutes away.

Lovely house but a few issues
Lovely house but we we arrived the shutter was broken and blocked direct entry to terrace. Fixed on monday. Sat morning. The handle to bedroom was defect locking me out of the room.with no access around 4 hours. Which was annoying. But overall a nice stay. No window in 2nd bedroom.

Perfect location and communication
Communication prior and during the stay was excellent. 1 or 2 small issues, but were sorted out immediately. Very professional agent.
The outside space is fabulous. Large enough for both sun and shade, large bbq and good quality outside furniture. It needs sweeping every day due to berrys falling, but its a 5 minute job. Well worth it.
Inside is well laid out with good beds, bathrooms, AC and kitchen facilities.
Overall, inside needs a little money and time spending on it, and a little attention to detail but did not spoil our stay at all.
The communal pool is ok, but very lifeless, but you are surrounded by beautiful beaches.
The location is perfect, there are several supermarkets and lots of shops close by, plenty of bars and restaurants in the shopping center 5 minutes walk away, close enough to be convenient, but far enough so it doesnt disturb you.
The beach is a 5 minute walk the other way as are 5 or 6 excellent restaurants. Oscars was our pick of the bunch, but all were great.
Amadores beach is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute pleasant walk along the coast and is stunning.
Maspalomas is 10 minute drive and is a lot busier with a lot of shopping if you need your retail fix.
To summarise. Our 1st visit to Puerto Rico. Great resort. Perfect location, excellent service from the agent, property needs a little attention but would not stop me staying here again, we had a great 10 days.
