This fabulous villa is provided with absolutely every comfort you need during your stay. The rustic decoration, reflected in the stone walls and the wooden beam ceilings, makes you enjoy an authentic atmosphere, which you can only find in Andalucia. The villa is provided with three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The living area is a truly spectacular one. In fact, the six guests of the house can comfortably enjoy their spare time while chatting and enjoying savoury dishes. The dining-living room is provided with a stove, and it leads off into the completely equipped independent kitchen. The heating is provided by radiators.

The outdoor area is as mesmerising as the indoor. In effect, this fenced property welcomes a fantastic garden. Once you step a foot outside, you will be impressed by the enormous, L-shaped private pool. Here is where you will spend the most of your time, no doubt about that! The outdoor equipment is completed by sun loungers and parasols, alongside an outdoor dining area on the porch.

The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane.

Luxushaus, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Wir kamen etwas früher an, das war kein Problem und wir bekamen den Schlüssel früher. Viel Privatsphäre im Garten und Sonne bis spät in den Abend. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, fußläufig gibt es nichts.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location
The villa was well equipped and very clean. It’s in a lovely quiet rural area with great beaches only 10-15 mins away. The outdoor area and pool were lovely and we spent most of our time out there. The owner Pepi made the check in and out very easy. Perfect holiday retreat.

Pepi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Der Garten und Pool war auch sehr gepflegt, sodass wir eine schöne Woche Urlaub verbringen können. Die Umgebung ist ruhig gelegen, man kann gut entspannen. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 10min vom Strand Playa Fuente del Gallo entfernt, welcher unser Favorit war. Auch der lange Sandstrand von Conil ist ca 10min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten udn Restaurants sind ca 2km entfernt. Wir danken für die schöne Woche und kommen gern wieder.

Ideale Lage um die Costa de la Luz zu erkunden. Tarifa, Cadiz, Vejer und sogar Sevilla sind von dort aus sehr schön als Tagesausflug zu besuchen. Das Haus, der Pool ist groß und super sauber. Sehr bequeme feste Betten. Super Grill. Um die Ecke ist ein Carefore Markt der sieben Tage in der Woche geöffnet hat. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Man braucht unbedingt ein eigenes Fahrzeug.
