"Residenza al Pavone" is a romantic, elegant, and welcoming apartment in the heart of Lucca's historic centre! The apartment is spread over two levels and is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building, with the main entrance on Via del Pavone, a small street near Piazza del Salvatore and 100 metres from Via Fillungo, the main street full of shops and bars. It is located in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), it is not possible to arrive by car, the nearest Pay Public Car Park is a 5-minute walk from Porta Santa Maria. The apartment of approximately 130 sqm can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for couples of all ages who want to spend a beautiful and romantic holiday in our city, for children and for those travelling for work! It is furnished with taste and elegance! It consists of an entrance, a kitchen with a large table and chairs and a spacious terrace with an umbrella and table with a splendid view of the city rooftops, on the upper floor there is a living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and three bathrooms with shower. The open-plan kitchen is complete with all the necessary accessories for cooking! The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and A/C!!

Great apartment in center of Lucca

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. Centrally located and the terrace was a nice spot for breakfast and a glass of wine at the end of the day. Only challenge was the five flights to the apartment but it would not deter us from renting it again. Cristina, the host, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Loved the home. Very comfortable and nice. Beds were comfortable. The rooftop patio was enjoyed every day. Lucca is a great city to visit. The 5 flights of stairs are very challenging! We were unaware of the stair climbing and us seniors wouldn’t do that again. Aside from that we loved it.

Fantastic!

Residenza al Pavone is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Lucca. Know before you go - there is a climb of 70 steps inside the pallazzo to get to the main level of the apartment. Once there it is a great oasis, with an outstanding terrace, well-appointed kitchen, three bathrooms and two bedrooms. There is some street noise that is heard in the second bedroom. The occasional party n the interior courtyard allows noise in the main bedroom. This is all part of the ambiance of historic Lucca! We couldn't have made a better choice for our group.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Lucca

Appartement très propre, spacieux et joliment décoré, bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Lucques. La terrasse est certainement un atout. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. La communication avec l'hôte est facile. Le jour de notre départ, Tania s'est chargée d'appeler un taxi pour nous afin de nous amener au stationnement où nous avions laissé la voiture pendant tout notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement.
