Two bedroom apartment with terrace and lateral sea views in a great location next to the beach in Los Boliches, Fuengirola, in the popular community Girolamar.



There is a large living room with 2 sofas, TV and dining table. On the good-sized terrace you can enjoy the views overlooking the garden and the pool area towards the sea. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and utensils for those looking to eat in during their stay. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 individual beds, both with its own TV on the room and ceiling fans. The en suite bathroom (wet room) is fully adapted for easy access and safety for guests with limited mobility having raised toilet, Safety bar next to toilet and grab rails in all areas. The tiles are specifically slip resistant in the entire space. The second bathroom has a bath with shower fitting.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, cable-TV and Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.



The urbanisation has a large green garden and two communal pools, one large pool and one children's pool, open from the 15th of May. 
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor, with lift in the building.




The apartment is situated on the promenade of Los Boliches, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides all year around. There is a multitude of great restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and only a stone's throw away you have Club de Padel Los Boliches. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, just a short walk away, with a direct access to the airport and Malaga city.

Just what we wanted

Love the area, it’s all nice & flat around it. The pool is a plus for us & it’s kept very nice. The kitchen units stick out a little & can be sharp, we all caught our heads on it. We did try to be careful.

Place for a great holiday

We like everything about these apartments, the position of these apartment suits us very well. on the flat & level view of pool & beach very nice too. This was our 3rd visit. Hope to return again. Not much at all maybe a lamp that works in the 2nd bedroom. Can’t have everything perfect, we like Sol Rentals a good company many thanks.

Another great holiday at apartment 282

We are on the whole very happy with this apartment, it as now been enhanced with a lovely new kitchen which we loved. The service is also very good. The only thing we would improve is the second bathroom it gets very hot with being little, maybe a fan.

Great stay

As I'm disabled I really appreciated the easy access, the location and the modified bathroom. Sol Rentals were very helpful in suggesting this would fit my needs. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The only improvement really could be the kitchen. It's rather tired but I could work with that, the crockery is very mismatched and needs an overhaul. It's not a lot but it would help.
