Wisselend Tij Apartments in Egmond aan Zee is situated at the most beautiful place of the old fischermans village: right near the lighthouse J.C.J. van Speijk in a quiet street at the centre..
Only 50 from the apartments you will find the beach, dunes and the charming centre of the village. There are lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The apartments have a unique location right below the lighthouse, at walkingdistance of the beach and the center.
Our house Sand for 4 persons is situated on the ground floor and first floor. The livingroom has a sofa and two chairs, a diningtable with 4 chairs, a large TV with many chanels. The kitchen is fully equiped and the bathroom has a shower, toilet, a double sink and two drawers. At the first floor there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a doublebed, the second bedroom has two 1 person boxsprings and a closet. There is a second toilet.
WIFI, parking, Kitchentowels, Toiletpaper, cleaningproducts, soap are included. Free parking for 1 car. There are many parkinglots around the apartments. . You can rent bedding (€ 12,00 per set) and towels (€ 10,00, 2 large, 2 medium) or you can bring it yourself. Pet € 60,00.
You can also visit nice villages Bergen and Schoorl, Alkmaar with it's cheesemarket, Hoorn, Haarlem and Amsterdam (40 minutes). There is a bus stop in 1 minute from the apartments.

Small footage, great place!

Amazing how such a small footage can be arranged so nicely to fit a family of 4 (plus dog) And so close to the main street and to the beach! A great place to stay and enjoy a couple of days relaxed by the sea. 100% recommended.

Wochenende in Egmond aan zee

Das Appartement Sand ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat uns auch nett empfangen. Wir haben uns das Wochenende sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Allerdings gibt es eine sehr steile Treppe, die für eine etwas behinderte Person nicht geignet ist und mit einem Kleinkind begleitet werden muss. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Treppe ist auf der Website angegeben. Die Treppe ist ganz neu, ist mit Treppengeländer und ist normal, nicht sehr Steil. Ich hätte die Gästen eine andere Wohnung angeboten ohne Treppe aber das war nicht nötig.

Entspannte Strandwoche

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung (über zwei Etagen, beide Schlafzimmer oben) in super zentraler Lage. In zwei Minuten am Strand und im belebten Ortskern, trotzdem ruhig. Ganz tolle Vermieterin mit vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen mit Kindern. Sehr unkompliziert und entspannt, so wie die Niederlande :-)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Es ist klein, aber es gibt viel Stauraum. In der Küche ist das meiste vorhanden, ein Toaster und eine Espressomaschine zusätzlich wäre schön. Das Bad ist sehr schön, leider haben meine Kinder nicht geschafft zu duschen ohne alles unter Wasser zu setzen. Falls es möglich ist würde ich dort noch einen Duschvorhang anbringen. Lage ist perfekt, direkt hinter der Düne am Meer. Wir haben es hier sehr genossen. Empfang von Judith persönlich, sie hat bei Fragen auch immer sofort geantwortet. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder. anbringen.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft, super Lage, nette Vermieterin

Reibungslose Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin. Wir hatten schon während der Anfahrt Kontakt und konnten eher in die Wohnung als im Check-In angegeben. Check-In verlief ganz einfach. Wohnung war wie beschrieben: Sauber, schön eingerichtet, Betten waren schon bezogen und alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Super Lage: läuft man in die eine Richtung ist man in wenigen Metern am Strand und in die andere Richtung in der kleinen Stadt zum Bummeln und Essen/Trinken. Trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig. Einen Parkplatz mussten wir im Umkreis suchen, aber die Vermieterin hatte vorab für uns ein Online-Ticket für die Aufenthaltstage gebucht.

Heerlijk huisje

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Egmond. Het huisje is recent gerenoveerd en alles is smaakvol en zo goed als nieuw. Je zit direct achter de duinen en bent dus zo op het strand. Als je het straatje de andere kant uitloopt, sta in een paar tellen in het gezellige centrum, met volop leuke terrasjes en winkeltjes. Judith heeft ons erg aardig ontvangen en wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell am Strand und im Ort und hat zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entspanntes Wochenende direkt am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist groß und die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein kurzer Weg über die Düne und man ist sofort am Strand bzw. ein kurzer Fußweg und man ist mitten im Ort.

Das Appartement ist super, perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stand und der Innenstadt. Sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Schöne Lage der Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist nicht wirklich groß. Die Ausstattung könnte in der Preisklasse besser sein (Nicht mal ein Toaster). Ansonsten schöne Lage.
