Luxury apartment for beach/walking 3 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach.

A luxury apartment near the beach. Everything is on one level. Perfect for a maximum of 2 adults. As we do not have provisions, not fit for infants. Free parking for one car. In just a few steps, you're in the dunes, the beautiful sandy beach, or the many restaurants and cozy shopping center.

Fantastic location! Unique luxury vacation apartment! A 1-minute walk to the extensive dune hiking area, a 3-minute walk to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach on the North Sea, and only a 5-minute walk to the very cozy village center. Directly opposite are beautiful tennis courts, which can be booked for €20 per hour.

Bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, and tourist tax are included in the price! Parking is free on our property. Two free dune passes (only required for those over 18) for the adjacent wonderful, quiet, and relaxing North Holland dune reserve are provided. Dogs are allowed there.
Underfloor heating in winter and underfloor cooling in summer / HD digital TV and radio, free, strong Wi-Fi. For special sporting events, such as the Bundesliga, we can quickly arrange an additional channel package with our provider (for a small additional fee).

Living room/kitchen: (3.90 x 3.50 m), adjustable underfloor heating/cooling.
Large refrigerator, dishwasher, Siemens induction hob, kettle, Siemens combo oven/grill/microwave/Nespresso machine, or (above in the cupboard) coffee machine.

1 bedroom with adjustable underfloor heating/cooling and 3-speed ceiling fan.
1 double bed 2 meters long x 1.60 meters wide. The bed has a new, very comfortable mattress. Large wardrobe.

Bathroom with adjustable underfloor heating/cooling, sink with 2 large drawers / automatic mirror heating, very spacious rain shower/toilet. Automatic fan reacts to presence and humidity.

Terraces with sun and shade. Terrace with gate.

Events:
November 28th Fjoertoer Light Hike, 2nd weekend of January: Saturday mountain bike race and Sunday half marathon on weekend 2 of January. Egmond Walking Marathon on weekend 3 of January, mid-April/May, magnificent tulip fields (world-famous Keukenhof Gardens in Lisse is 40 minutes away) also nearby, horseback riding, cycling, mountain biking, inline skating, sailing, swimming, kitesurfing, tennis, fishing, etc. Total relaxation in a wonderful dune area! Zuiderduin Wellness Center. Directly across the street are beautiful tennis courts, which can be booked for €20 per hour.

The village is also nearby, so there are many terraces, bakeries (fresh rolls), fashion stores, supermarkets (Deka Markt, Albert Heijn), bike rentals, several hairdressers and florists, and many very diverse restaurants.

Das Häuschen ist genau wie beschrieben, die Lage ist super. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem und die Dusche angenehm groß. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr gut.

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage ist hervorragend. Überall hin kurze Wege, alles zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung gab es Sekt für mich und Snacks für den Hund. Dankesehr. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Sehr schöne Urlaubstage

Hallo,schon der Empfang war herzlich und sehr persönlich.Für uns stand eine Flasche Sekt bereit und die Wohnung war vollständig ausgestattet. Selbst Seife, Spüli, Kaffeetabs und Tee waren ausreichend vorhanden.Der Hund fand einen gefüllten Napf mit Wasser und einen mit Leckerlis vor.Alles perfekt und wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub in wunderbarem Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend zur Erholung geeignet. Es ist noch sehr neu und das erkennt man auch. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich als Gast wünschen kann, als da wären: Klimatisierung, Barrierefreiheit, gute Kochmöglichkeit (inkl. kleiner Spülmaschine), Insektenschutz, nicht einsehbare kleine Terrasse (inkl. Terrassentor, damit der Hund nicht fortlaufen kann!), etc. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen herzlich und so wurden wir u.a. mit einer Flasche Sekt, einem lokalen Likör und einer kleinen Süßigkeit begrüßt. Für etwaige Fragen kann man sich unproblematisch an die Gastgeber wenden, die gerne helfen. Der Wäscheservice (Handtücher, Badetücher) ist top! Insgesamt ist es ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, ruhig gelegenes, ansprechendes kleines Feriendomizil, das einen entspannten Urlaub garantiert.

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Ob einem ein Stift fehlt oder eine Pincette ganz egal, alles ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an den Dünen und dem Strand, auch das Zentrum ist sehr nah- eine Traumlage.

Schöne Tage bei Florentine und Lex

Wir haben uns bei unserem viertägigen Aufenthalt in der kleinen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Florentine und Lex haben rasch und freundlich auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an den Dünen und in kurzer Distanz zum Strand ist super. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würden wir allerdings einen Kleiderschrank vermissen.

Egmond aan Zee

Wir haben uns in unserem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist zwar nicht besonders groß und liegt etwas unglücklich am Ende einer Einfahrt praktisch im Hinterhof, aber es war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und die Lage ist fast nicht zu toppen. Dass unser Hund auf der anderen Straßenseite praktisch direkt und ohne Leine in die Dünen rennen konnte, war besonders schön. Die Buchung und Kommunikation mit Lex war freundlich, hilfsbereit und ohne jegliche Probleme. Hinzu kam, dass das Wetter (28.09.-03.10.23) hervorragend war. Insgesamt vergeben wir 4,5 von 5 Sternen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und geräumig. Die Lage ist super. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß nur 2-3 Minuten und vom Innenhof/Terrasse des Ferienhauses kann man das Meeresrauschen sogar schon hören. Auch der Vermieter des Hauses war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und wirklich an der Zufriedenheit des Gastes interessiert. Einziger Kritikpunkt: 1-2 größere Kochtöpfe und Pfannen wären noch hilfreich. Töpfe und eine Pfanne waren da, aber etwas klein. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall ein empfehlenswerter Urlaubsort und ein tolles Haus.

Ein tolles freistehendes Haus. Sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Wir haben uns bei Ankunft sofort Wohlgefühlt. Viel Platz, sehr sauber, keine durchgelegte Matratzen. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung super. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Lieben Gruß aus Recklinghausen
