Set over three floors, the cottage comes with one king-size bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC, ideal for two guests. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a lower-ground-floor utility. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Latch Cottage is the ultimate couple’s getaway to the Lakes. Note: This property is a typical Lakeland cottage which has low doorways and steeper stairs. Note: The steps going down from the kitchen to the boot room are steep, please take care. Note: The garden can be accessed from the back door in the boot room or by the path at the front door. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
