We are a family run business offering a range of holiday apartments along the beautiful coast of Tuscany. Oasis is a stone throw from the medieval town of Campiglia Marittima, surrounded by 3 hectares of beautiful natural park with typical Mediterranean vegetation and age-old cork trees. Our self contained apartments are suitable for families, couples and your beloved 4-legged friends, or those seeking peace and tranquility. We have a large swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, barbecue facilities and private parking for our guests. Trekking and cycling are highly recommended activities in the beautiful Tuscan hills nearby, alternatively you can head to the local sandy beaches and soak up some sun. Come and stay with us, we look forward to seeing you for an unforgettable holiday.
We offer a variety of 2-room apartments, the majority with private entrance and a fenced outside area.
Bedroom with double bed + single bed, bathroom, living room with sofa-bed and open plan kitchen and outside area with private table and chairs, umbrella and lounge chairs. All outside areas are fenced and ideal for dogs. (sleeps max 5, 48-50 sq m)

Wunderschöne Umgebung und Pool

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (2 und 5) da. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, Weg zum Meer nicht weit (aber nur mit Auto), toller Pool, Wohnung war rustikal und ohne Klimaanlage (dementsprechend heiß im August) aber kein Grund zur Klage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Très belle propriété.

Logement très propre. Très belle piscine sur un terrain très bien entretenu , endroit sécurisé et familiale. Le monsieur qui gère le domaine avec Stefano est très sympathique et serviable , toujours dispos . Village médiéval à proximité très sympa , avec restaus et bars.

Absolut perfekt

Tolle Unterkunft, in einer absolut traumhaft angelegten Anlage, toller Pool, Kinder und Eltern haben sich gleichermaßen wohlgefühlt, Stefano und sein Team sind immer ansprechbar und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wenn man Tipps zu Ausflügen oder Hilfe benötigt wird einem sofort geholfen. Die Appartments sind optimal ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir waren als Familie gemeinsam mit einer befreundeten Familie in der Residence Oasis, insgesamt also 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder 6,5,3 und 3 Jahre alt. Alle haben den Urlaub genossen und haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die familiäre Anlage liegt unweit vom malerischen Campiglia Marittima entfernt, zu Fuß sind es ca 15min (mit Kindern) mit dem Auto keine 2 Minuten. Den Yachthafen von San Vincenzo sowie den weitläufigen Sandstrand erreicht man mit dem Auto ebenfalls in ca. 15 Minuten. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die traumhafte Landschaft der Toskana und die schönsten Strände der etruskischen Küste. Auf der Anlage kann man richtig die Seele baumeln lassen und sich erholen, es gibt genügend Grillplätze um auch bei voller Auslastung einen Grillabend zu verbringen. Wir sagen vielen Dank an Stefano und sein Team für einen unvergesslichen, erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder,

Ruhig und erholsam

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage liegt in einem schönen Naturpark. Man hat einen schönen Blick über die Hügel und die Natur. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Es lohnt sich, wenn man etwas Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe mag. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Ort Campiglia Marittima lohnt auf jeden Fall einen Besuch. Wir werden gerne nochmal hinfahren.

ospitalità estremamente disponibile e cortese ottima posizione del residence per vivere una vacanza rilassante immersi nelle colline e al tempo stesso poco distanti dal mare e dal centro di San Vincenzo . La piscina sempre pulitissima è stata un ottima alternativa apprezzata da tutta la famiglia.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in toller Umgebung. Stefano ist ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat immer ein offenes Ohr und viele Tipps bereit. Die Anlage hat einen großen, sauberen Pool. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war mit allem Notwendigen und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

Eine schöne Wohnanlage für Kinder und Hunde geeignet

Wir wurden sehr nett willkommen geheißen, auch der vor Ort Kontakt steht einem bei Fragen rund um den Ort gerne zur Verfügung. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön, ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das ganze Areal ist gut abgesichert und nur mit einem Code zu erreichen. Leider war unsere Wohnung für 5 Personen plus Hund für unser Empfinden zu klein und daß es zu heutiger Zeit immer noch nur ausschließlich italienisches Fernsehen gibt ist leider auch nicht unbedingt zeitgemäß. Die Gegend bietet aber viel Abwechslung und für Familien mit Hund sind die 2 Hundestrände, die in ca 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen waren super toll. Ohne Auto ist es aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Lage im Grünen

Die Anlage punktet mit dem schönen Garten und Pool mit Aussicht auf die umliegenden Wäldchen und Olivenplantagen. Hier kommt man definitiv zur Ruhe. Die unterschiedlichen Strände in der Umgebung erreicht man in 10-20 Minuten, der kilometerlange Strand von Sterpaia war unser Lieblingsstrand. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Stefanos freundlicher Kollege hat uns viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Liebe Grüße Ulli & family

Sehr freundliches Personal, das immer hilfsbereit und ansonsten unauffällig agiert und für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sorgt. Die Anlage ist sauber wie auch die Wohneinheiten. Die Wohnungen haben mindestens 1 Schlafzimmer und einen Wohn- Koch- und Essbereich. Die Betten sind gut. Von Campiglia Marittima kann man sehr gut die Gegend erkunden.

Skøn og smuk oase til en dejlig ferie.

Vi havde en skøn uge i dejlige omgivelser. Poolen er super smukt anlagt i en fantastisk have. Lejligheden kølig og ren. Personalet meget imødekommende, venlige og behjælpelige med info om lokalområdet. Kan varmt anbefale stedet😉👍

Sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Garten und Pool. Das Appartement war landestypisch eingerichtet.

Wir waren Ende September bis Anfang Oktober in der Anlage und fast allein dort. Das Wetter war noch sehr schön mit Temperaturen bis 25° C. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt mit großem Pool und die Betreuung war sehr familiär und sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Der Gesamteindruck war sehr positiv und wir würden auch jederzeit erneut dort buchen !

Belle résidence bien entretenue avec piscine, baby foot et ping pong grande propriété fermée, ombragée , agréable literie pas terrible malgré la taille des lits (king ) promiscuité dérangeante avec le voisinage, un mélange des nationalités serait bienvenu (pas tous les Français au rez de chaussé!!)

En ce qui concerne la literie il s'agit de matelas specifiques pour les problemes de dos et peut etre sont il trop ferme pour certaines personnes. S'agissant de la repartition des nationalites nous pensions que le regroupement etes favorable a la communication....

Sono stato al Residence Oasis con la mia fidanzata una settimana a fine settembre...l'appartamento bilocale era bello e confortevole. Il giardino curato e la piscina fantastica, peccato non siamo stati fortunati con il tempo è spesso piovuto...Comunque abbiamo visitato bene la Toscana. Grazie a Stefano e Marco per i loro consigli sempre giusti. Ritorneremo si sicuro.

Nice place and town

The 1 bed apartment is downstairs and in the middle so it suffers from a lack of light and can feel dark and although it is basic it is very clean except for the shower room which is damp and awful to be honest, as climbing over the toilet to get into the shower is not ideal. The people however are wonderful and friendly and the pool is absolutely heart stopping cold. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there as a base to travel around and the town Campiglia Marittima itself is just lovely.

Dear Claire, normally the 1 bed apartment in the middle on the ground floor is in great demand in the summer when is hot and with a big sun..in the end of this September the weather was cloudy and rainy so is normal was a little dark and also the swimming pool this time could not be hot...about the shower we already start to renew the bathroom so in future will be perfect. I am happy you enjoy your stay, and i hope to see you again same many many others friendly guests. Ciaooo Stefano

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren jetzt schon zum dritten Mal hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der familiären Residence Oasis erneut sehr genossen. Monika, Marco und Stefano sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist gut gelegen und es gibt genügend Liegen, Stühle und Sonnenschirme. Die Anlage liegt in einem ruhigen Wald mit alten Bäumen (Korkeichen), außerdem ist die nächste Stadt nicht weit entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Meer braucht man mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten. Hier gibt es wirklich Erholung pur!

Wunderherrlich!

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Oasis und wir mal wieder begeistert. Toskana pur! :) Das Haus liegt abseits der Straße auf einem kleinem Hügel mitten in der Natur. Für die Kinder war es super. Der Pool war sauber. Zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Traumhaft fanden wir Bolgheri im Weingebiet ungefähr 30min entfernt.

Great relaxing place in the middle of marema

The place is in the middle of the country side thou only a short ride from the beach. My wife and I had a very relaxing vacation in a cute little villa overlooking a private garden & pool. The place was clean and the host very helpful one morning reparing the coffe machine in just 10 min. It is just next door to Campiglia Maritima, a small and pictoresque village right on the coast. If u r looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation I highly reccomend the Residence.

I have been to residence oasis twice now and had a brilliant stay on both occasions. The residence is perfect if you want a peaceful and relaxing time and enjoy all the great things the toscan region has to offer. Whilst I would highly recommend that you bring a car with you, there are nice walks around too, I have great memories of our walks to the quirky nearby town/village called campiglia (campiglia maritima if I remember correctly). The apartments we stayed in were clean and arranged with taste. What I particularly like (unfortunately rarely see in other residences I have been to) is that villas feel really separate from each other, entrances are not all facing the same way like in many other residences, it feels more private. Also, the swimming pool is clean and relatively big and not overcrowded at all. It was quite easy to have the whole pool for ourselves on numerous occasions. The owners were really accommodating and respectful our privacy.

Un' oasi davvero

Volevamo trascorrere una vacanza in un posto che potesse regalarci tante cose insieme e in questo residence le abbiamo davvero trovate! Ti svegli alla mattina e ti senti in un luogo di pace e di gioia, circondato da un meraviglioso giardino su cui si affaccia una bellissima piscina. Fai colazione nel verde e intanto decidi con calma se rimanere a goderti il sole e una bella nuotata oppure prendere l'auto e girare tra borghi e colli a riempirti gli occhi con la bellezza della terra toscana o ancora scendere fino al mare e passeggiare lungo la spiaggia infinita che va dal porto di San Vincenzo fino al Golfo di Baratti. A fine giornata torni al Residence, nel tuo nido nel verde, lontano dai rumori e ti godi una cenetta sulla terrazza sotto il cielo stellato..e se hai voglia di un drink tra la gente ti rituffi nella movimentata San Vincenzo lungomare. Insomma un'oasi davvero, di pace e magia, che sa offrirti tutti quello che cerchi grazie anche alla disponibilità e alla gentilezza dei proprietari.

séjour très agréable

nous avons passé huit jours enchanteur à Campiglia, agréablement et très bien conseillé par les propriétaires de l'Oasis pour nos visites. notre petit appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Une belle et grande piscine est très appréciable tant dans la journée que dans la soirée au retour de très belles plages de sable situées à 5 minutes de voiture. en bref je conseille très fortement cette résidence

Beautiful place in Tuscany

This is the 3rd time I go to Residence Oasis with my family. It really shows how much I LOVE this place. It's an excellent place to relax, enjoy life and savour Tuscany in all its aspects. Stefano and Marco were helpful and welcoming as always. Always there to provide great tips for best restaurants and sites to visit, plenty of excellent wine from the neighbouring vineyard,..... I can keep going on for hours.... If you look for a great place to stay and relax in Tuscany , in the midst of nature and within driving distance from numerous impressive cities , towns , etc... This IS the place to be.
