Cozy, well-kept family holiday home. Located on a hill 330 meters above sea level and 20 minutes away from the first beach (Marina di Castagneto). Fresh at night, livable both inside and outside during the day enjoying the garden, equipped with Mediterranean trees and plants such as oaks, rowans, strawberry trees, oleanders, probes, jasmine, gorse, wild strawberries (in season) and with beautiful grove private. Cottage style, free on three sides, glazed veranda opening onto the garden equipped with second hob and sink to be able to cook almost outdoors near the garden. The exterior of the veranda consists of a rustic and well-kept garden equipped with barbecue, wood, lighting, umbrellas, deck chairs. Thanks to the outdoor space and privacy, the house allows relaxing and pleasant days thanks to the excellent distribution of indoor and outdoor spaces. I love to go to this house to concentrate, both to read and to work. The veranda is a quiet and pleasant workplace. Being one of the few on-site accommodations with Wi-Fi, the house is also ideal for working peacefully remotely. During the autumn season it is equipped with heating, fireplace and an excellent wood stove that allows you to stay on the veranda even during the winter days. About 250 meters away, after crossing the grove, and turning on the left you reach the Faro del Castelluccio swimming pool, undoubtedly the most beautiful in the area, panoramic and with an adjacent restaurant / pizzeria. The swimming pool serves the village and its access must be agreed when booking the house.

Nice house in the hills and woodlands. Very private.

Relaxing stay in the house of Alessandro. He welcomed us with local products and information about the surrounding interesting places. If you like nature with salamanders, gekko’s and deer, this is the place to be.

Relaxing Tuscany

Arrival was very agreeable with some prepared local snacks/lunch by Allesandro. He took some good time to give an introduction to all the places nearby and some options/suggestions for sightseeing, eating out, practicalities, etc. which come in handy. The house is situated in the hills with some nice villages not too far, some other houses nearby, and a very nice, quiet and peaceful (natural) environment. Beaches and larger villages for some daytrips are not too far as well. The house is very well equipped, you'll find everything you'll need, including wifi, which worked fine. All and all was relaxing, while plenty of stuff to do around if desired so - a very nice introduction to Tuscany.

Toscana pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen bei Alessandro. Er hat uns wirklich alle Wünsche erfüllt, die wir im Vorfeld hatten, uns mit tollen regionalen Produkten bei unserer Ankunft überrascht und uns grandiose Tipps zu Ausflugszielen gegeben. Das Haus liegt hoch oben auf einem Hügel, ist umgeben von Natur, die Kühle abgibt in der Sommerhitze und uns die Nächte gut hat schlafen lassen. Wir haben auch tatsächlich an späten Abenden den unglaublich süßen Fuchs gesehen. Wir konnten von dort gut die umliegenden schönen Dörfer/Kleinstädte besuchen und auch zu den Stränden waren es nur ca. 30 Min. Allerdings muss man Spaß daran haben, Serpentinen zu fahren, aber das ist ein Muss in der Toscana.

Soggiorno nella quiete

L'accoglienza e' stata calorosa e ci è sembrato di essere a casa nostra, La proprietà è sita in un bosco dalla quiete impagabile. A pochi chilometri dal mare e vicinissima a una piscina, lo consiglio sicuramente.

RELAX E TRANQUILLITÀ

Siamo rimasti qui 12 giorni in agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è tranquilla, immersa nella natura, l'ideale per rilassarsi e trovare serenità. È completa di tutto, sala con tv, wi-fi, stereo, libri, cucina attrezzata e spazio esterno verandato con la possibilità di cucinare e mangiare anche fuori. La notte poi si dorme come sassi! I dintorni sono molto belli, è facile raggiungere sia il mare che i deliziosi borghi collinari come Castagneto Carducci con il suo centro pieno di ristoranti ed enoteche. Infine non può mancare un ringraziamento ad Alessandro, persona gentile e sempre disponibile per qualunque richiesta o consiglio sui posti da visitare.
