Amazing Stay in Poipu!

This house is just amazing. Super close to everything Poipu has to offer, and even walking distance (1 mile) to a major shopping center with a starbucks, great restaurants (keoki's paradise is awesome), a great morning bakery, ice cream, etc. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We generally enjoyed different beaches each day (poipu beach is great for predictable calm waves and then Shipwreck beach is fantastic for those wanting bigger waves (sometimes too big but the day we went was perfect). After the beach, we would enjoy the pool for a couple of hours before getting ready for the evening, whether that be going out for dinner or cooking in with the very nice grill and kitchen on premise. Really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler were all provided which was great. This house is truly perfect for a vacation in Kauai. HIGHLY recommend!

Great family vacation home

Clean beautiful home with pool against backdrop of the golf course it sits on. Area is quiet and great for relaxing. Our whole family enjoyed the stay and would gladly stay here again. The only thing to remember is you will need a vehicle to go in and out of town or to the beach. Walking to the beach or shopping center will take you about 30 minutes.

Amazing Family Vacation

This home was beautiful inside and out. The patio overlooking the fourth hole of the golf course was very peaceful. It was a very enjoyable time with our children and spouses together celebrating our 33rd anniversary. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in perfect location

If you want to be on the Sourh side this is the perfect location. Beautiful quiet neighborhood literally minutes from everything! Markets, shops, restaurants & beaches all so close! We really enjoyed having access to the Athletic club as well. Really great gym/fitness facilities everything you need. The pool and bar/restaurant there are great as well.

Had a fabulous stay ! Great quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, very clean, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful outdoor shower! The only thing we wished for were bikes to use. Bike rentals are hard to find and far away from the property.

Fabulous family vacation home

My husband, youngest son and I stayed here for a week and the home was spectacular. The rooms are big, the bathrooms are conveniently located around the house and the open floor plan is just lovely. The whole space is bright and airy and beautifully decorated. Everything about the house is extremely comfortable. We loved sitting on the lanai in the early morning, watching all the birds as the sky brightened. We drove all over the island each day and the location was perfect for shopping, great food and visiting the beaches. At night we'd head back outside to read and relax and soak in the peace. I confess I wasn't sure what staying on a golf course would be like, but it was wonderful and we would happily stay here again and again.

Super Clean and Modern Home

The house is located on a cozy golf course and is minutes from the ocean and other attractions. The home is immaculately clean and well maintained. The master bed is very comfortable. The laundry machines are new and work well. We spent time each night out on the lanai watching the sun set. The out door shower was airy yet private. It was fun to shower while clouds floated by. We loved the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is included with the home. At first we were a little concerned because it is one mile from the house but we loved stopping off there each night as we returned from hiking or going to the beach to shower off, swim, play shuffle board, pickleball, tennis. Our kids loved it. The pool has a slide and a sand kid area connected the pool. In the morning my wife and I worked out there using their great gym facilities. We have been to Kauai many times and this has been our favorite property.

Definitely avoid this home and their listing property manager!!

If you want the fun sucked out of your vacation, then yes rent this place! We were extremely disappointed by staying at this home. We didn’t read the contract carefully because we vacation all the time and never have any problems with the rentals. The property sleeps 6 and there was six of us at this home and were there for my nephew’s wedding. Other family members rented homes at the same golf course and had great experiences. When you go on a vacation, especially with family, and renting a home, chances are that at some point, everyone gets together. We got together at the house one evening to have a meal together. Before we knew it, the rental agency’s property manager called my husband, saying that our guest must leave. My husband told him that we just made dinner so they will leave asap. There was no music or drinking. In less than 15 minutes after the call, my husband received a long text message from the rental agency’s property manager saying that the police will be called and that we will all be kicked out, including the original 6 renters. Come to find out, the property manager is great friends with one of the neighbors near the rental property and has them in charge of keeping an eye 24/7 on the property we had rented. Several neighbors said that the police is always called on all the people renting this property. Mind you, there was no music or drinking but just an extra few cars at the driveway which didn’t even block anyone. We picked this home because of the great reviews but sadly, we only slept at this home and couldn’t enjoy it at all. There’s nothing wrong with having rules but had they said that “THE 6 PEOPLE ONLY AT ALL TIME IS STRICTLY ENFORCED” , then we would have never rented this property. So beware that if a seventh person stops by for a visit, the property manager will be informed by his best friend within the neighborhood and you all will be threatened with getting kicked out and losing your money. As far as cleanliness, the bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels all smelled like mildew. We had to wash them before using but the smell was still present. Windows and window frames were dusty. Their washing machine made all of our clothes smell like mildew. For the high cost, there are much much better properties and rental agencies.

Perfect house for our family

This house was the perfect size for six. We have four boys. Between them they had two rooms to share & each had their own bathroom. There was plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor shower was especially nice for cleaning off before coming inside. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking oil, spices, & every utensil you would need. The chess table was a huge hit for us!

Amazing home!

This home went above and beyond my expectations! Not only is it beautiful inside and out, it is very clean. The location is great (less than a five minute drive to Poipu Beach and Lappert's Ice Cream!) and right on the golf course. Everything we needed for the week was provided for us (towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, BBQ etc). Having access to the Poipu Athletic Club was definitely a bonus. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and we even played some tennis. Bryan, the property manager, is great and very attentive to any needs that may arise. We are looking forward to visiting Kauai again and staying in this home.

We are a family of 6 adults and loved staying here. House was clean, very comfortable for entertaining/meals. We rented 4 bikes from Kauai outfitters as the pool/gym is more of a bike ride (10 mins) than walking back and forth. Overall it was everything we could hope for. Recommend :)

Beyond expectations

The home that we stayed at was a complete home away from home which did exceed our expectations. It was well appointed and professionally decorated in quality. A pool home is typically a deal breaker, but we were behind the curve on available inventory. Our management host Bryan, was very professional and was at the home before us to greet us. Beautifully decorated & landscaped, this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home is perfect for vacationers whether they stay active golfing, biking, & working out at the gym, or prefer to relax by the pool or out on the patio taking in the gorgeous views. Sparkling clean, lots of extra touches (beach chairs, cooler, blankets, comfortable beds, outdoor shower!) Excellent host! We loved the home and definitely recommend.

Great week!

The property was ready when we got our rental car. Our host Bryan Patterson even let us check in a little early. It was clean & had everything we needed for our 7 day stay, bbq, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler - it also included household supplies such as laundry/dish soap, cooking spices, etc. Very comfortable inside and the outside deck as well, plenty of room for two couples. Bryan even offered to bring ice when the ice maker had a hard time keeping up with our demands. Great place, we would do it again and highly recommend this property.
