Sperrinview House is a comfortable and spacious two-storey, property with a country-cottage feel. The house is fully furnished and equipped and has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/toilet areas. Sperrinview House comfortably sleeps 8 adult guests and is ideal for families or larger groups including children (2 travel cots available). The house is pet-friendly (max 2 pets allowed).
Located on the outskirts of Magherafelt (a vibrant market town in the centre of Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland), Sperrinview house sits on an elevated site with private parking and has fantastic views of the Sperrin Mountains, Slieve Gallion Braes and the surrounding countryside.
Sperrinview House offers the best of both worlds (a tranquil and relaxing environment with the added convenience of nearby amenities including garages, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars).This lovely property is only a three minute drive from the village centre and less that a sixty minute drive to the most popular tourist areas in Northern Ireland including the Giant's Causeway.
Sperrinview House is ideal for guests who to enjoy a relaxing break, a family reunion, or an active holiday including golfing, hiking, sightseeing etc. The property's central location enables guests to easily travel to and experience all of the wonderful attractions that Northern Ireland has to offer.
Indoor Amenities: -
1. 3 double bedrooms upstairs, one of which is ensuite plus 1 double bedroom downstairs. (2 travel cots also available).
2. Main family bathroom upstairs with a walk-in electric shower, roll-top bath, toilet, wash hand basin.
3. Downstairs bathroom with toilet and basin.
4. Fully equipped kitchen.
5. Fully equipped laundry room.
6. Dining room with an open fire that comfortably seats 8 adults plus 1 high chair.
7. Lounge/living room with seating, open fire (logs provided), Smart TV, access to front terrace.
8. The house is well insulated with double glazing throughout.
9. The house is heated via the Hive central heating system with radiators in each room.
10.The internal immersion water heating system enables guests to access hot water at all times.
11. There are two electric showers in the house that provide instant hot water.
Outdoor amenities: -
1. Patio area beside the kitchen with a gas barbecue (gas provided), a chimenea (logs provided), and seating/table area for eight guests.
2. Raised front terrace with comfortable seating for 8 guests who can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the Sperrin Mountains, Slieve Gallion Braes, and the surrounding countryside. 3. Private back yard with a washing line, a table and chairs, a log bunker, and recycling facilities.
