The property is fully furnished and equipped and sits on the outskirts of Magherafelt, (a vibrant market town that is just 3 minutes drive from the house).

This property offers the best of both worlds (a tranquil and relaxing rural environment with the added convenience of nearby amenities including garages, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars etc).

Sperrinview House is pet-friendly (max two pets allowed).

10.The internal immersion water heating system enables guests to access hot water at all times.
11. There are two electric showers in the house that provide instant hot water.

1. Patio area beside the kitchen with a gas barbecue (gas provided), a chimenea (logs provided), and seating/table area for eight guests.
2. Raised front terrace with comfortable seating for 8 guests who can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the Sperrin Mountains, Slieve Gallion Braes, and the surrounding countryside. 3. Private back yard with a washing line, a table and chairs, a log bunker, and recycling facilities.

House Rules:
- Check-in from 3PM & Check-out on or before 11AM. (Flexible on request where possible).
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of two house-trained pets allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed at the property.
- We welcome bookings for up to 8 guests. Additionally, we can comfortably accommodate a further 2 children including toddlers and infants. (2 travel cots available).
