Marina Jardim - Great complex for families

Summary:

Marina Jardim comfortably sleeps up to four guests in two cosy bedrooms. The property is located on the ground floor in a complex that is very much sought after by families and people who seek quiet while simultaneously enjoying the city and all its basic necessities in less than 15 minutes.



The Space:

The complex is very luxurious and designed by the best architects in Portugal. The location is perfect, being less than 10 minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the frontline of the marina, where you can go on many boat trips and see the dolphins, visit the natural grottos and caves, have fun at theme boat parties, and much more. There are also many activities for children to enjoy. The nearest beach is Fisherman’s Beach, the best-known beach in the beautiful region, which is only a 20-minute walk away. There are several other beaches close by, including S. Rafael, all within a 30 to 40 minute walk away.



Inside the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large, spacious living and dining room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms, one with a bath. Built modern and fully equipped with cutting-edge technology, all apartments have a lift, and the entrance gates are automatic. There is a large garden where you can find common areas of barbecue, a volleyball court on the hill, a football field, a playground for children, a pool area, and an outdoor gymnasium for you to keep in shape!



In addition to all the gadgets that the apartment has (internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, automatic shutters, elevator), the condominium still has a giant pool (for adults and another for children), a football field, a volleyball field, an outdoor gym, a zone with a park for the children, a barbecue area, and a large garden where you can walk.



There is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).



The apartment accommodates up to four guests. Should you have an extra guest joining your stay, we provide a comfortable Z bed at a supplement cost of £150 per week for the fifth guest, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably.
