Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Dieses Apartment ist ziemlich geräumig, hat aber eine geringe Ausstattung (als Beispiel: keine Weingläser, kein Wasserkocher, Pfanne ist ziemlich abgenutzt, kein Küchenmesser, nicht ausreichend Besteck). Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist so laut, dass sie nachts kaum benutzt werden kann, außerdem ließ das Wasser aus den Geräten raus. In den Duschen staute sich das Wasser, das für eine klare Verstopfung der Abflüsse spricht. Keiner hat sich darum gekümmert. Beim Check-Inn wurde uns der Wasserkocher, Bettlacken und Müllkalender für morgen zugesagt, Wasserkocher und Bettlacken haben wir erst zwei Tage später bekommen und das Kalender gar nicht. Außerdem fehlte uns 3 Tage Internet (WLAN). Fazit: definitiv zu teuer für das Geld, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Ich empfehle dieses Apartment nicht.

Der Check-In verlief sehr gut. Uns wurden zur verabredeten Zeit die Schlüssel der Wohnung übergeben und verschiedene Dinge in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohngegend, wo es Abends aufgrund eines Fußballstadions in der Nähe etwas lauter werden kann. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhandenen. Auch kleine Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden sind in einem Umkreis von ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wie gesagt, die Wohnung und auch die freundlichkeit des Verwalters sind sehr gut.
