As is traditional for Norfolk cottages of this age, the bathroom is still on the ground floor though now updated to be tiled, smart and modern, and featuring roll top bath with shower over. When it's time to settle down and relax after a day spent in the big outdoors, the sitting room beckons. Nestle into the comfortable sofas, ignite the wood burning stove and watch a film on the widescreen Smart television. Up the stairs, which are a tad steep but straight, two bedrooms are located. Outside, the cottage has a private and fully enclosed shingle courtyard garden with accompanying charcoal barbecue and a fire pit - the perfect option for an al fresco meal on a summer evening. There is off-road parking for one large, or two small cars on the driveway beside the cottage.
