It's a cosy 1 bedroom flat, so an ideal flat for a single person who has to stay in the area for an extended period of work, or great for a couple visiting the town or the central belt of Scotland. The flat has a modern bathroom, with a full size bath and mounted power shower over the bath.

Quiet flat with all facilities. Stay spoilt by uninvited visitor and poor customer care.
The flat is spacious, adequately clean, with all facilities needed for a work visit. Location is quiet, within easy reach of transport links and shops, and has on site parking. Would have been a lovely stay but... During my stay, and while i was at work, someone let themselves in to the flat unannounced so I had no opportunity to move valuable equipment and confidential work materials from view. My complaint to the letting agents went unanswered. A simple apology and reassurance it wouldn't happen again would have sufficed. Pity: my whole experience has been spoilt by what I consider to be a complete disregard for my privacy and well-being as their customer.

Hi Richard, we find your review to be untrue and unfair. when we spoke on the phone we apologised regarding this and explained that we had tried to get in contact as there was an issue with the shower pole that had to be rectified right away for your own safety- which i'm sure would have spoilt your stay more than someone coming to fix something. Also to note this is working member of our team, we don't just sent anyone out to fix any issues at our properties. Please when leaving a review - state the full truth!
