Intente comunicarme con José varios días antes de su llegada pero nunca respondió, debido a la crisis de vuelos q hay actualmente los huéspedes de la reserva anterior se tardarían en entregar el apto, le explique la situación a José y le ofrecí recibirlo en otro apto de características muy similares dentro de la misma unidad residencial, esto solo mientras nos entregaban el apto que el había reservado y de manera arrogante respondió q solo me aceptaba una reservación en el hotel Marriot o Hilton cuando lo q había pagado en total por su alojamiento en mi propiedad no alcanzaba ni para un almuerzo de 4 personas allí. No es cierto que el llego al lugar, nunca se presento y se le hizo un reembolso del 100%.
