Beautiful place!

It is absolutely beautiful. The villa is not so close to the beach as I thought. We had some inconvenience to get to the place since we didn’t get the address on time and we end up checking in around 8 pm (be sure to communicate with the owner ahead of time) but they helped us to forget the problem with some cold beers waiting in the fridge and told us we were welcome to stay for an extra hour for the check out. Everyone enjoyed the stay and Blanco was really friendly (after making sure we were the right people, what we appreciated), so It was the girl to came to clean up for the check up.

The Villa was very nice, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms worked well. The outdoor area is spacious and clean. The pool is very big and very clean. I had a surprise Birthday party for my dad and it was a great time. Cons were the wifi never worked for us so we had very limited communication with the outside world. They did try to resolve by bringing a different router to us but still had no service. Also google maps sends you through a very scary area to get to the villa, they need to ensure they give guests the better route through the main road. We did feel safe once inside the Villa but know the surrounding area is a bit sketchy. They do have someone on site that is really helpful. Blanco was great and helped us with anything he asked.

My 10 nights stay at this beautiful villa was nothing short of amazing. Indoors and outdoors was huge with plenty of green areas with beautiful ornamental and fruit trees. It has 5 bathrooms including an outdoor bath and a huge, beautiful master bath. Master bedroom has blackout curtains and a seating area. Livingroom was a little warm unless you're being hit by the fan, but who wants to be indoors with such beautiful green areas outside. It has an outdoor kitchen with huge pots for large group. My family was amazed by the pest control, NO mosquitos! Just some drunk wasps that seem to get thirsty before they drawn in the pool, my family didn't mind them cause were just dying and nobody got stung. The villa has a huge concrete fence that keeps you separated from everything once you're inside and the gate is only opened by Jairo who is very diligent to open it once you text him. Jairo is excellent at what he does; he is the security guard, maintenance, landscaper, and chauffeur if needed. There is a minivan in the property if you don't feel like driving your own vehicle. Any issues or suggestions, just go to him as there's nothing, he wouldn't do to make your stay better. I would definitely recommend this villa and will return if I have a chance.
