The flat is bright, airy and recently renovated for up to 3 persons in a pleasant and tidy complex with
swimming pool.
The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with comfortable shower.
From the living room there is access to the terrace with table and chairs. In the living room there is also a sofa bed
Among the various conveniences the apartment has at its disposal you will find

- towels and bath sheets

It is only 17 km from Tenerife South Airport.
The complex has a swimming pool and is only a 5-minute drive from the main
beaches such as Playa de Las Americas and Playa del Duque, with its lovely shops.
Taxis are cheap and bus connections are excellent.
Free parking is available in the area.
There are small shops and restaurants in the area.
For those who do not like walking, we recommend hiring a car.
If you lose or break your key you will be charged an extra 100€ for changing the lock.
