Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

A Dream Condo in Kamaole Sands Resource

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best experience ever!Beautifully remodeled one-bedroom condo, perfect for a couple, single. There is a fantastic view of the garden and ocean—a paradise indeed! Immaculate condo

Wonderful condo that was the best equipped in all the times we’ve visited Maui. We always try to book Kamaole Sands and this condo was a winner! The only thing the condo could use is more outdoor lighting on the lanai to enjoy the space in the evenings.

Well maintained property at a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's walking distance from the Kamaole Beach Park and in a convenient location from other areas in Maui. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. It's also equipped with beach toys for the kids. The check-in and check-out process was without any trouble. Thanks to the host for having us and making our stay enjoyable!

Excellent Home Away from Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved everything about this condo. It was immaculate upon arrival. It’s newly renovated and very tastefully appointed. The kitchen had everything to cook in or use the property grills. I met up with extended family on this trip. The Murphy bed made it great for grandkid sleepovers. The lanai was spacious with a lovely view of the grounds and ocean. Location in Kihei was great. Easy walk to beach and shops/eateries.
