Villa Hawai is a charming 5-bedroom holiday home (capacity for 10 + 2 people), located in Vale Pedras, Albufeira, in a privileged position.



With a large private pool and spacious garden, the villa is a short distance from Albufeira's centre, where you can enjoy various shops, bars, and restaurants. It is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends seeking peaceful and pleasant holidays.



On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both with private bathroom and shower cabin. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. This floor also includes a service toilet. The fully equipped kitchen. The dining room and living room, both with direct access to the outdoor area, offer a welcoming environment to relax and enjoy the comfort of the house. The outdoor area features a pool, barbecue, and dining table for outdoor meals.



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms with single beds, one of which also has a private bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub.



The villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in four bedrooms and the living room. Pescadores Beach is 2.8 km away, and golf courses are just a 5-minute drive, ensuring the perfect combination of relaxation and activities.





Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
