Villa Las Palmas is a charming single-storey residence, ideal for those seeking comfort, leisure and a vibrant location in the heart of Albufeira.



The living and dining room, spacious and integrated, offers a welcoming environment perfect for moments of togetherness with family or friends.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of which are en suite with shower. There is also a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower and an additional bathroom also with shower.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing functionality and direct connection to common areas, facilitating meal preparation.



On the exterior, the villa invites relaxation with its magnificent heated swimming pool (additional cost), surrounded by leisure areas, a brick barbecue area and an outdoor dining table to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. For moments of fun, there is also a snooker table.



Located just a few steps from the lively Rua da Oura, Villa Las Palmas offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and proximity to bars, restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Albufeira.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
