VILLA OLIVA

Welcome to VILLA OLIVA, a recently built structure equipped with every comfort and a beautiful swimming pool for exclusive use ready to brighten your summer days, between visiting a famous city and a stop in one of the many cellars located in Tuscany. Here you will feel at home, with large outdoor spaces where you can relax, play sports or go for a walk without forgetting the comfort of the 5 bedrooms each with a private bathroom!

The Villa is on two levels.
On the ground floor is the living area overlooking the swimming pool for exclusive use:
a cozy living room with satellite TV and fireplace for cold winter evenings, a beautiful dining room overlooking the pool and a modern kitchen equipped with all the comforts and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. There is also a service bathroom available for all guests and a small closet with freezer.
On the same floor there are also two bedrooms, both with private bathroom complete with shower. One bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds close together.
On the first floor you will find three more three bedrooms with private bathrooms: two of these with double beds and one with two single beds together.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to cool the hot summer nights.

In the structure there is also a laundry corner, which is located in the basement.

Outside, you can enjoy the 12x4 meter swimming pool for exclusive use to cool off during the hot summer days. However, there is also a covered space where you will certainly spend most of your time, a covered area with a built-in BBQ and a large table to welcome all the guests.
There is also a parking space on the property (up to 3 cars).

The structure is equipped with a brand new system that dispenses a natural product and helps to keep annoying insects such as mosquitoes away.
