Absolutely stunning property with fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside, nothing was too much trouble and Liana the housekeeper looked after us well, we will definitely be coming back and we highly recommend this property.

Fantastic house and location

We had a absolutely amazing stay. The house and location is so authentic, it was a dream to stay like that. The garden has the most beautiful view of the toscany landscape and the new pool was wonderful here in the summertime. The house is beautiful with all the things you need. The community with Roberta and Lydia was perfect, both before and during our stay and we felt very welcome. We hope to come back again.

Villa near Gambasi Terme

A charming villa that was most comfortable for 3 adults. All necessary household accoutrements were on hand for a 4 week stay. Liana, the manager was awesome! Liana made sure we had what we needed, answered all our questions, and even gave us dining recommendations (and of the ones where we dined, all were excellent! Liana, Sandro, husband of the property owner, helped us by bringing fire wood early during our stay, as the last of April and first part of May had some chilly nights, and a roaring fire was quite enjoyable. Check in and out were a breeze. This location is absolutely great for day trips by car to locations in Tuscany, and getting the train to Firenze from Castelfiorentino. The view from the back covered porch is awesome!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Garten gepflegt. Der Blick einfach umwerfend. Die Umgebung ist typisch toskanisch, Weinfelder und Olivenhaine. Es gibt sicher stillere Orte denn eine Straße führt auf der anderen Seite des Tals entlang und freitags ist in der Nähe Party gewesen. Aber wir sind damit klar gekommen, die Schönheit der Umgebung entschädigt. Leider hatten wir ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit dem Wasserdruck und da es keine Spülmaschine gab (wussten wir) war aber das Spülen sehr mühsam. Außerdem funktionierte die Toilettenspülung im EG nicht durchgehend. Am letzten Tag war dann gar kein Wasser mehr da, da die Gartenbewässerung nicht mehr ausging.Wir wurden mit unseren Problemen die ganze Zeit über sehr nett von einer Dame betreut, die aber auch nicht so richtig helfen konnte und der zuständige Mechaniker war in Urlaub. Am letzten Tag haben dann alle geholfen und auch die Besitzerin kam mit Kuchen und entschuldigte sich. Einiges muss an dem Haus gemacht werden.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit einer klasse Aussicht. Bis auf lästige Mücken waren es sehr schöne 14 Tage. Es sind viele schöne Orte im Umkreis mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Hausverwalterin und prompte Reaktion bei Problemen. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus sehr gerne weiter.

Toskana von der schönsten Seite

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen fast drei Wochen zu Gast in einem tollen Haus, in einer tollen Umgebung. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse in die typische toskanische Landschaft ist grandios. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Da macht es nichts, dass eine Spül- oder auch eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt und ein Hinweis auf die italienischen Steckdosen gut wäre. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin war bestens. Insgesamt: 5 Sterne!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis in het centrum van Toscane. Ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk. Huis bevat alle faciliteiten; rustig gelegen, prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad en fijn huis.

Sommerurlaub

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist alles da, war man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Den Kinder hat insbesondere der Pool sehr gefallen und die Aussicht vom Garten ist fantastisch.

Mooi huis op een fantastische plek en fijn zwembad

Genoten van de tuin, het zwembad en vooral het schitterende uitzicht. Vanbinnen was het huis wat rommelig, veel spullen en matig schoon. Niet alle huisraad verkeert in goede staat. Maar aangezien we vrijwel alleen buiten hebben geleefd was dat niet echt een probleem.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la location. Liana nous a fait un excellent accueil. L’annonce est tout à fait conforme, la vue sur la Toscane était très jolie. La chaleur était forte durant notre séjour et des ventilateurs auraient été la bienvenue la nuit. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir entre les excursions en Toscane, Pise, Florence, Lucca, San Gimigniano sont à côté. Seule ombre au tableau, les aboiements des chiens des voisins la nuit a rendu assez compliqué le sommeil pendant la semaine.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Die Vermieterin und die Verwalterin sind sehr gut erreichbar und bemüht. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Toller Ausblick von der Terasse. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und danach Erholung im Garten und Pool. Passendere Steckdosen und eine Spülmaschine wären super. Aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem Haus.

Sublime !!! ou plutot bellissimo!!!

j'ai toujours rêvé d'un séjour en Toscane! je n'ai pas été déçu , dans un cadre magnifique au milieu d'un écrin de verdure , une magnifique allée de roses arrivant sur une magnifique maison rénovée avec gout, un beau jardin avec une piscine-terrasse bois offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur les collines environnantes. on est à moins d'1h de toutes les villes à visiter (Sienne,Florence,Pise), petite ville a proximité (Castelfiorentino) offrant toutes les commodités, je recommanderai le restaurant Rosmarino Bistrot. Lliana est d'une grande gentillesse !(merci pour les œufs au chocolat !!!!) Bref ,un rêve exhaussé! je reviendrai surement!!!!

Location à la vue magnifique !

Maison de campagne idéale pour visiter les alentours et les grandes villes Florence, Sienne, Pise, puis Luca, dans Gimignano. On peut même faire une AR sur Venise qui est à 3h de route ! L'accueil était très courtois et plein amabilité. La propreté nickel et l'aménagement de la location parfaite ainsi que la fourniture de linge de maison et de literie. A quelques kms seulement, il y a des supermarchés. Vraiment très très bien située pour un séjour en Italie. Merci Lliana pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Location que je recommande !

Lovely

We stayed here with 2 couples and 2 dogs. When I was looking at the pictures I was a bit worried because I couldn't see a fence but the property is very big and there is a fence. The house was perfect for 2 couples. There is a bathroom + bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms + bathroom upstairs. We had everything we needed! The only downside is that it's far (+-3km) from the center of Gambassi Terme. It was no problem for us because we had our car. On the other hand, there was a lot of nature for the dogs. There is also a bus stop nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!

Ci siamo trovati bene ma con alcune difficoltà.

Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene,accolti molto bene dalla sig.ra Liana,casa spaziosa,giardino recintato adatto a noi che avevamo un cane,unico neo il problema dell'acqua calda che comunque appena segnalato la proprietà è intervenuta tempestivamente inviando un tecnico, che ha parzialmente risolto il problema.

Una casa stupenda immersa nel verde

La casa di Roberta è immersa nel verde. Attrezzatissima e vicina a San Gimignano e Volterra. Appena fuori dal viale si può apprezzare il percorso dei pellegrini sulla frangigena. La consiglio vivamente. Ci rivedremo volentieri 🙂

Sehr schönes Toskanisches Ferienhaus mitten in der Toskana

Der Aufenthalt im Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Zuschnitt und die Platzierung der einzelnen Räumlichleiten ist ideal für zwei Paare. Ein toller Wohn- und Essbereich laden zum verweilen ein, gerne auch vor dem Kamin an mal kühleren Tagen. Eine schöne Terasse mit gutem Fernblick über die Hügel Toskanas ergänzen die Möglichkeit, einen geruhsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Vom Haus können alle traumhaften Örtlichkeiten,wie zb Siena, Lucca oder auch Florenz als Tagesreise gut angefahren werden. Eine wahnsinnig schöne Gegend. PS: Für alle Hundebesitzer perfekt, da das Gelände eingezäunt ist.
