The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please start a load of either beach towels or bath towels.

Please make sure the heat is set to 55 and fireplaces are off. Please leave pilot light as you found it.

Leave beds unmade-do not strip.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM . . if you plan to be a loud group or hang in the hot tub after 9 pm, do not rent our home.

You might consider private travel insurance to protect your stay in the event of poor weather, fires/smoke, changing covid & a personal situation.

No dogs on the furniture and beds! We have new leather couches and if your dog damages these with nails, we will hold you accountable.

Very nice property and location! We had 11 family members and a dog and we all for perfectly. Kids enjoyed the hill in the back yard!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The proximity to restaurants and 7-11 was great. The layout of the cabin allowed everyone to interact in the downstairs and have their own space upstairs. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Great Tahoe Getaway

We live in the Bay Area and have always wanted a home in Tahoe. The time was right for our family to spend more time in the mountains and at the lake, so we jumped in. We work hard to provide top notch service in this beautiful home and setting. We are looking to rent our vacation home to other like minded people who will treat our home as if it was your own! We aim to provide a clean, high quality, enjoyable getaway. If anything breaks – please call us and let us know. We realize accidents happen – and we would appreciate you reporting any issues so we can arrange for replacement. It's really not about a $2 glass, it’s about making sure every guest has a good experience.

Why they chose this property

This property is newer built in 1999 and well maintained. But the location was the reason we purchased this home. 1/2 block or less to the beach, boating, mini golf, pizza, cocktails and the pier. Minutes to shopping, skiing and more!

We have all the "FUN Stuff" for sledding in the winter and going to the beach in the summer - easy ups, floaty toys, rafts, etc.
