This property, newly built in a traditional style and finished to a high standard, is excellently situated in the village core.
Besides having all modern amenities inside the accommodation, the property comes with its own private pool and mature gardens, a rare combination in a holiday Home, at the end of the garden a BBQ area has been set up together with outside dining and table chairs. The kitchen and the living room are overlooking the pool area together with a separate bathroom.
The sleeping arrangements are on 1st and 2nd floor and can cater for at least 8 adults; 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin beds and 5 bathrooms. There is also a large terrace on top floor with some spectacular country and sea views.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units for cooling and heating that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.
The bathrooms are also equipped heaters available at an extra cost through the coin meter.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Malta Government Eco Tax
Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff.
Fully refundable security deposit
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit of € 400 for private pool properties and € 200 for properties with shared pool is needed to cover for any damages (excluding normal tear and wear) or/and missing items and will be charged from the card on file with the rest of the amount due 2 weeks before arrival date. This amount will be refunded automatically within 7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Iz-Zebbug village is situated just 3km from Victoria city and Marsalforn bay. Iż-Żebbuġ lies stretched on a tranquil hill in the north of Gozo with panoramic views of the Gozitan countryside and the Mediterranean. It has a remarkable parish church, some beautiful little street niches (shrines) and a reputation for producing skilled traditional craftsmen. Iż-Żebbuġ means olives or olive trees in Maltese, suggesting there were once olive groves or olive presses here.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
