Exclusive villa with private pool in Sorrento and Amalfi Coast

Villa Beatrice is an exclusive villa located between Sorrento and Amalfi in a village called Nerano. Nerano is a traditional fishing village in borough of Massa Lubrense which is a well known town situated at the furthermost point of the famous Sorrento peninsula and is located just 1 km away from the beach of Marina del Cantone. 

This 4 bedroom villa offers a small corner of paradise, which will make your stay in the Sorrento area unforgettable. It is an ideal place for a family holiday or a group of friends. With its amazing sea views, it is perfect for a relaxing, beach holiday. 
Villa Beatrice has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. It boasts a wide panoramic terrace, an outdoor pool (7 x 4 metres) and a solarium, where you can read a good book whilst listening to the birds singing. A part of the terrace offers the shade of a Portico with table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset that precedes the evening. 
The ground floor of Villa Beatrice is completely independent and can be accessed by 24 steps. There is a lovely lounge and dining room, a small kitchen area, 1 main bedroom and the biggest bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Outside, the terrace overlooks the sea with an outdoor seating area, where you can admire the view. It is possible to add an extra double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate more guests. 
There are 17 stairs which connect the ground floor to the first floor. Here, you will find an amazing dining room with a large terrace facing the bay. At Villa Beatrice , you'll find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, small bathroom with small shower. A well equipped kitchen that provides everything you need is available on this floor. From the kitchen, there is access the garden area where you will find a barbeque. 
15 steps connect the first floor to the second floor, where you will find the other 3 bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms are double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The main double bedroom has a private terrace with an amazing view of the Galli Islands. The third bedroom has a French Bed. The bathroom with a shower is accessible from the corridor. All the bedrooms and lounge are equipped with satellite TV and sky and free wi-fi internet connection. All the bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. 
Villa Beatrice offers an outdoor pool immersed between olive trees and Mediterranean flowers. It is surrounded by a solarium with deck chairs and sun beds, where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Close to the pool is a shaded white gazebo with tables and chairs in which to relax and enjoy the cool summer breeze during the hottest hours of the day. 
For a successful stay at Villa Beatrice we recommend hiring a car. You will be able to park it in a reserved parking space at the villa. The parking space is suitable for one car. Please note that access to Villa Beatrice is along a narrow road.
