The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Alcalá Street with Arturo Soria Street, a neighbourhood in Madrid originally known as Pueblo Nuevo, which has increasingly adapted to the times with new housing developments for younger people seeking areas well connected to the city centre and their workplaces. Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.



The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in direct line. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and during months.



The Apartment:

The stay in this apartment will be ideal, because the accommodation is of great quality and has been equipped and decorated with great taste and care.

Located on the 2nd floor of this building with an elevator, a 25 square metre apartment with capacity for 3 people distributed in an open multifunctional space. The main living area is very spacious and gives a pleasant feeling of comfort. There, several environments are combined: a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary and with an attractive central high table, a large armchair to sit on, a single sofa bed, and a rest area with a very comfortable double bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc. accounts. The apartment is very bright thanks to its large window that spans the entire wall. The apartment also has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.

The kitchen has a microwave oven.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
