La struttura curata, piccola essendo un monolocale ma con una separazione tra soggiorno e camera diventa come un bilocale. La cucina praticamente nuova e dotata di un sacco di accessori. Il bagnetto piccolo ma con una bellissima doccia grande. L' accoglienza della receptionist che ci ha seguito in tutti i passaggi e fatto trovare i taxi pronti sia x l' andata sia x il ritorno è stata veramente top. Complimenti 👏👏👏👏

So gut wie alles - die Lage ist genial (Zentral an der U-Bahn, La Latina, zahlreiche Lokale in der Nähe), dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut - man hat alles zum Kochen und zum Bügeln. Es gibt genug Stauraum, das Bett ist sehr bequem, Bettwäsche frisch und sauber, Jalousien auch vorhanden (es wird wirklich dunkel). Aber das Wichtigste ist die Kommunikation mit Hotel - man wird vor der Reise punkto möglicher Abholung am Flughafen kontaktiert (Preis ist fair), es werden zahlreiche Ausflugs- und Lokalhinweise gegeben. Ganz diskret, keine Aufdringlichkeit. Also das ist Klasse 👌 Danke! Wenn wir wieder in Madrid sind, bleiben wir gewiss wieder hier! N&#47A

Localização excelente, prédio com elevador e senha de acesso. Ótimas roupas de cama e banho. Cozinha super equipada e já chegamos com alguns mimos super especiais! Tudo é bem explicado, cm qrcodes que detalham os procedimentos para aquecimento, ventilador, lixeira, tudo para que não tenhamos dificuldades! Mas o que supera todas as expectativas é o excelente atendimento por zap. Rápido e sempre dispostos a ajudar em tudo! Voltaria sempre! Muito obrigada por tudo! Fomos em 4 e acho um pouco apertado. O sofá cama aberto impede que usemos a cozinha. Por isso tinha que acordar meu filho e minha mãe efectuar o sofá para fazer café de manhã. A acústica não é das melhores. Tinha muito barulho em cima, assim como imagino que devo ter feito barulho para apartamento de baixo. No nosso caso, não atrapalhou pq chegamos super cansados e dormíamos rápido! Apenas comentário para alguém que se incomode mais com isso. Mas nada que mude meu 10 que eles merecem!

Everything about the property was impeccable. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay that much more comfortable and convenient. The apartment is spotless and located in a central location nearby to most of the attractions as well as public transportation, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a mini market. The host was super responsive and helpful through out our stay. The best part is the seamless check in.

The location is excellent, very convenient for accessing Madrid’s main attractions. The only thing to note is that the soundproofing isn’t great, so light sleepers might want to consider this. For us, it wasn’t much of an issue. 😆
