About this property

This apartment has 75 square meters + a balcony and is ideal for families. It has a living room and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed and another with a sofa that opens into a queen size double bed. A livingroom with a hammock and a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. A very well equipped kitchen with a table and 5 chairs, a large hallway, shower and WC, closet and a balcony. You can access all rooms from the hallway.
The apartment is located in a small house in a quiet neighborhood, 15 walking minutes from Neutor, the entrance to the historical center. It has a private parking place in the yard, wifi, a very well equipped kitchen, a safe deposit box and a baby cot and baby high chair. Common to our 3 apartments is a washing room on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble drier, for use of our guests. In the little garden in the back you will find an open hut for bikes, in case you decide to rent one.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking only on the balcony or in the garden.
You will find a folder on the table with a list of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close by , on the way to the center and in the center and further informations.
You'll find several restaurants in the neighbourhood, at a walking distance of 2 to 10 minutes, also 2 supermarkets at most 10 minutes walking distance and a bakery about 5 walking minutes .
Bus number 1 on Maxglaner Hauptstrasse, about 5-6 walking minutes away, takes you to the center and train station. Bus number 2, about 5-6 minutes walking distance on Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse will take you to the airport.
Check in time is 3 pm If there are guests leaving on the same day. It is possible to deposit your luggage in the apartment from about 10:30 if you ask for it.
If there are no guests leaving on the day you arrive, you can check in earlier . Please ask before you come.
Check out time: 10 o'clock .
We have installed electronic locks on all doors. You will receive the access code a few days before check in.

This was a perfect getaway in a quiet part of town. It is very close to a bus line that will get you all over Altstadt. Very clean, plenty of room, overall a wonderful place to stay. Dr. Ruth was very communicative and helpful!

Would thoroughly recommend this apartment. In a quiet, safe part of town, close to lots of bus stops including the bus to the airport. The owner is very attentive and left helpful tips on local amenities - restaurant recommendations were particularly helpful. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.

Our visit to Salzburg was perfect, the apartment was exactly what we wanted. It was a short walk to the old town which was great, as parking is difficult and expensive.

We really enjoyed our stay in Salzburg! Ruth is very sweet and very easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy and location was awesome. Walkable to all attractions and sites.There were some nice small details like paper towels, tissues, smart TV that were very enjoyable and appreciated.The apartment is definitely old school, so some updates would be nice, the beds were uncomfortable. Mattresses were very very soft. There is one flight of steps but not a problem with luggage. The washer and dryer are also very nice if needed. There was a detailed book with restaurants and important numbers that were very helpful.Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO!

A home from home, excellent facilities and perfect location for sightseeing in Salzburg on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean, close to a small supermarket, everything close enough to walk to, especially the Augustiner brewery with lots of seating and food stalls. Beautiful place, well equipped

This apartment was very roomy with a large living room, two full bedrooms and a nice bathroom. It was airy and light. The neighborhood was generally very quiet. Laundry facilities on site, parking too. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend.

Schönes Appartement mit kleinen Kritikpunkten

Große Wohnung , für 2 Erwachsene mehr als ausreichend. Lage gut. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ca 15-20 min. Ansonsten Bushaltestelle 5 min entfernt.In der Wohnung ist alles Notwendige vorhanden.Kleine Kritikpunkte: verzogene Tür, lose Türklinke,rutschige Teppiche und streamen auf dem TV ist kaum möglich. Auch TV nicht da auch nur über Internet möglich. Mittels Laptop und HDMI hat es ganz gut funktioniert. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Salzburg.

Location! Location! Location!

A delightful apartment, perfect for 2 friends. We love to cook, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet. We are walkers, and the location was central to everything we wanted, from the Fortress, to the concert at Marble Hall. We even walked from the train station when we arrived and to the airport when we left.

I have a wonderful 38 year old son who studied Philosophy in Vienna.

My favorite travel destinations are the far East (so far I have been in China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapure, Indonesia (Bali), Malaysia), Taiwan, Japan, Sri Lanka, Maledive Island; New Zealand , French Polynesia and Samoa; South America (Brasil, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador). I have been renting holiday apartments in Salzburg for about 20 years and truly enjoy the contact with my guests, although unfortunately I am not always able to meet them personally. In case I can't, I send them instructions how to open the doors with the electronic locks and informations about the apartments, and if I am traveling, or am not in Salzburg there is a neighbor who speaks perfect English, Spanish, Dutch and German and who takes care of my apartments and my guests while I am not there.

Why they chose this property

it is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood just 15 walking minutes from the historical center. It has a private parking place for each apartment, which is a great advantage in Salzburg and it is in a small house with only 6 apartments. There are several restaurants close by and the bus stop is just 4-5 walking minutes away. I used to live in this apartment 20 years ago and find it very comfortable and cosy. It is very well equipped, you won't miss anything.
