At the entrance, the spacious living room with two comfortable sofa beds welcomes you, along with the dining room which features a wonderful table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, from the sink to the 4-burner gas hob, pod coffee machine, electric oven, and refrigerator. Going up the charming spiral staircase, you reach the upper floors, where the two cozy bedrooms and the main bathroom are located.

On the second floor, a pleasant attic offers additional space to relax, with a table for 6 people, a sink, and a mini-fridge. The second bathroom with a shower and washing machine completes the property.

Bus stop number 7 is nearby, and all the services you need are around you: a supermarket, bakery, coffee shop, brewery, hairdresser, and a car and bicycle repair shop.

The cycle path will take you to the city center along the bank of the canal following an lovely route.

Another nearby natural attraction is the Torre Park, where you can take relaxing walks.
