Toller Urlaub auf schöner Anlage

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen bei Nikos, der sich immer sehr um uns und die Anlage gekümmert hat. Das Haus wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt und Nikos hat sich täglich um den Pool gekümmert. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, daher sehr ruhig (bis auf die Zikaden und Hähne der umliegenden Anwesen) aber mehrere Tavernen sind zu Fuß erreichbar sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Auch die Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden!

Lovely and cosy villa

Amazing place with one stand alone house and a semi-detached house sharing one very nice pool. Host, Nikos, was available every day between 16-19, the pool was cleaned daily, but you are not allowed to swim after 19 in the evening. If I should suggest something, you could maybe allow this a llittle later. We had the stand alone villa, which has an amazing veranda and plenty of space inside as well. Nice kitchen with all you need and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine, which is great for all the towels after the salt water on the beach. Air con in both bedrooms and a nice and modern bathroom. The nearest beach is only a stroll down the hill app 5-7 min. You can even walk to the beautiful Gerakas beach in 15-20 min, not a problem even in the heat since there seems to always be a bit of a breeze. However I do recommend hiring a car, which can be done either on arrival in the airport or just around the corner in the little shop. Lots of choice for diner or lunch out since there is a good variety of restaurants in walking distance We highly recommend this house and we thank Nikos for an amazing holiday❤️

Beautiful villa, ideal location.

My family of four spent two weeks holiday in August here and we can honestly say that everything was perfect. The villas are quiet and private in a beautiful part of the island perfect for exploring some lovely beaches and great tavernas. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they made every effort to make us all feel at home and get the most out of our stay with them. Our villa was spacious and well equipped and was cleaned every few days with bed linen and towels changed. Nikos every evening cleaned the beautiful pool and surrounding areas. With several tavernas, an Italian restaurant , a great bakery and 2 small local supermarkets that we frequented all within easy walking distance, the area is well served. We would recommend hiring a car for visiting the beaches and exploring the beautiful Island that Zakynthos is. Smart Cars were very good and delivered our car to us after a few days stay. If you come to Zakynthos you must experience Marios boat trip, a small independent provider departing from Porto Roma nearby, it was an amazing day at sea giving us first hand experience of sea life such as starfish, octopus, sea slugs and Loggerhead sea turtles near to the protected Marine Park to the south of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was hard to leave, we hope to be back to visit again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Nikos and Marina again, thank you both for giving us a wonderful holiday.

10 day stay in a lovely villa

We had a lovely 10 day stay at Marinas Villa. It was a bonus having such a large pool which despite being shared with the 2 other villas was not a problem as for most of the time either ourselves or the other guests were out and about exploring the area so there was ample time to have exclusive use of the pool. The villa was spacious and bedrooms cool with the bonus of air conditioning. Twice weekly cleaning , towel and sheet change (Wednesday and Sunday whilst we were there 3-5ish). Villa reasonably well equipped although I did not manange to locate an iron! 2 nice beaches within walking distance of the villa (one 10 minutes the other 20 minutes although a nice walk as long as not too hot!). Restuarants within walking distance were good (Italian outstanding pizzas, Babbias good sized meals at reasonable price and Tarinas Taverna just a touch further was good first night but revisited and staff extremely stressed so service compromised but not quality of food good place to take children as huge outdoor play area with free roaming rabbits and this is well light at night so you can keep your eye on the kids whilst dining, Skartsofoli was excellent food, service and atmosphere could not fault and owner obviously passionate about what he does and his restuarant.). Nikos was very helpful and on hand from 3ish onwards each day until pool clean at 7pm. Overall lovely villa, good location and great beaches Mr and Mrs Burke and family

Wonderful country location

Well away from the bustle of the resorts, these villas are located in a delightfully quiet and unspoilt rural setting. They provide an ideal base for either exploring the island by car or relaxing peacefully by the shared swimming pool. You can also enjoy some very pleasant walks to neighbouring villages. The villas are very well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. Pagoni is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It has a veranda which extends around two sides of the villa where you can enjoy views of the gardens and lovely pool. Nikos and Marina, the helpful and friendly owners, visit daily and do a wonderful job looking after the villas, gardens and the pool. They are charming hosts. We have visited 7 times in the last 9 years and plan to continue to visit regularly which speaks for itself.
