This is an excellent villa, newly built, clean and spacious in an exceptional location. The view is simply outstanding and the location is very good for nearby swimming in the sea in lovely coves and for great tavernas. This is a great part of Kefalonia to access the sea, the lovely town of Argostoli and the whole south coast. We have been several times before and love the island, this time accessing more of the culture (eg Corgialenios museum for history including impact of the earthquake, Agios Gerasimos church, old ruined village of Valsamata and Agia Marina festival with dancing at Old Vlachata) and of course our favourite tavernas. George and his team were very helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

We had a truly wonderful 10 days staying in this fabulous villa, in a stunning location. Daphne was an absolute star, and could not do enough to make our stay more welcoming and memorable. The villa was very clean and very well maintained. We can’t wait to go back again!!

Beautiful home

We loved this beautiful home. We had a great experience and really appreciated the welcome packet as it made a world of difference for us. The home is brand new and looks even more beautiful than the pictures.

What a view!!!!!

Unbelievable view from the property! With the local beach being so close and so amazing (Pessada Beach) it was really an incredible experience! The property was brand new and Daniel the property manager was very helpful with anything we needed.

Amazing views

This was the perfect setting. Stunning new Villa with views to die for. George kept us updated on the build process and our expectations were surpassed. Daniel was very helpful and provided some much needed local knowledge. Thank you for holiday… we’ll be back.

Wonderful

The house is beautiful: decoration, equipment, cleanliness (a house cleaner came in the middle of week to change linens, towels…). We enjoyed to find welcome gifts (bread, milk, fruit juice, wine…). But the most is the beautiful garden and the swimming pool with an amaizing sea view. At night, élégant lighting enhances the villa and its garden. Thanks to give us the privilege to live this dream week.

Absolutely stunning

Wonderful! Great location with stunning views . Comfortable, clean and well equipped villa with plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants within 15mins drive . Supermarkets , bakeries availabile with Argostoli being just a short drive as well . Excellent layout for property if you have teenagers with you as they have their own kitchenette/ seating area upstairs. Excellent communication with owner and property manager with a small welcome basket available on arrival with essentials like milk / bread etc .. We have already booked for next year !

Best View On Kefalonia

Beautiful new villa with spectacular views. The pictures can only hint at the awe you experience when looking around on this property. The inside is beautifully decorated and meets your every need. We especially liked the outside stairs to the second level. We had our privacy with 2 families, and could be together at the same time. The second level has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster. Perfect for a late night snack and drink on the veranda watching the yachts gather in the cove below. George, the owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly with any questions. He was very helpful with information about renting cars, beaches etc. We had a fantastic experience and will be back!

Excellent séjour dans une magnifique villa tout confort avec piscine et vue imprenable (mer en face et montagne à côté).La maison est très calme, très propre.L accueil a été chaleureux et prévenant tout au long du séjour (ménages intermédiaires inclus).Nous avons adoré l île de Kefalonia qui permet de profiter à la fois des plages et des randonnées.Nous recommandons cette maison et remercions nos hôtes pour leur accueil.
