Lorsque nous rentrons dans la maison, nous sommes pris au nez par l'odeur de renfermé et d'humidité. L'odeur s'améliore en laissant portes et fenêtres ouvertes toute la journée. A l'arrivée, il n'y avait plus papier toilette. Il a fallu rappeler la personne qui remet les clés pour qu'elle en amène. Le lendemain (dimanche), il a fallu rappeler cette personne car la douche était bouchée. Enfin, lorsque vous mangerez sur la table ronde de la pièce principale, en levant le nez, vous apprécierez de voir à 30 cm de votre nez, un bon centimètre de moustiques crevés dans le fond du lampadaire des années 50 accroché au dessus de la table. Un signe parmi bien d'autres que le ménage n'est pas fait souvent. L'option ménage est obligatoire lors de la réservation et facturée 75 euros supplémentaires. Pourtant aucun personnel ne vient faire le ménage. Ces 75 euros payés sont une pure arnaque. Le propriétaire a mis son bien en gestion par un intermédiaire, belvilla.de. Je les ai appelé deux fois (numéro en Hollande), et j'ai bien compris que mon exigence de remboursement du ménage facturé et non effectué va trainer bien au delà du temps où il est possible de donner un avis sur Abritel, et que tout est organisé pour que le client se décourage. Grandes chambres avec murs propres, Points positifs : lieu très silencieux, très grand frigo, équipement cuisine correct. Au global, à éviter en raison de la vétusté générale et de l'arnaque au ménage.
