You will be close to the lakes but also to Vézelay - Avallon du Chateau de Bazoches ....

Nice house for a peaceful stay

The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house

On a passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très agréable et très pratique ! Bel accueil de la propriétaire disponible et très gentille. L’endroit est très tranquille. On est bien situé au coeur du Morvan pour explorer/rayonner dans cette belle région. On recommande vivement !

Nous étions venus passer quelques jours pour le mariage de ma fille. Le gîte est dans un endroit calme et sauvage non loin d’un étang. Le jardin se prête au repos et à la détente. Les équipements sont parfaits, les couchages de bonne qualité, l’espace est vaste à l’intérieur.

Endroit très calme en pleine nature, maison très bien équipée avec beaucoup de place. Nous y retournerons sûrement un jour en été car ça doit être bien agréable avec le petit ruisseau et le kiosque.Au départ de la maison beaucoup de promenades dans les bois, nous avons adoréMadame Laurence est très aimable et accueillante, merci pour le petit bouquet de jonquilles et le feu de bois pour notre arrivée.

Prachtig huis midden in de natuur

Mooi historisch huis in een rustige omgeving, vlakbij een beek aan de rand van het bos. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is gunstig voor allerlei leuke uitstapjes. Zeer aan te bevelen!

Très bon séjour, repas pris au kiosque avec le clapotis du ruisseau. Belles promenades au départ du gîte et étang du Goulot tout proche du logement. Gite confortable, il ne manque rien. Hôte à l'écoute et très sympathique. Nous recommandons ce gîte et nous reviendrons.

Week-end en amoureux au calme dans la campagne

Super communication avec la propriétaire qui s'est montrée arrangeante et chaleureuse. La maison sur deux étages est très agréable et le cadre charmant. Un peu grand pour 2 personnes, nous reviendrons avec des ami.es :) A 6 min en voiture du village de Lormes, qui fourmille de galeries d'art et de petits restaurants. L'architecture y est étonnante et on a apprécié la balade dans les rues en pente. Près du logement, il y a de quoi faire de longues et belles marches dans la forêt et au bord des lacs. Je conseille les yeux fermés !
