This child-friendly and spacious villa is located on a 1,000 m² fenced property at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential area near Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël. With a private swimming pool and stunning views, it offers a relaxing getaway for families. The garden features a dedicated children’s play corner with a swing, seating area, and boules court, ensuring fun for all ages.

The location is ideal for beach lovers and explorers alike. You're only 10 minutes from the sandy beaches, a water amusement park, and a zoo. The charming seaside resort of Fréjus also offers Roman ruins, a bustling boulevard, shops, cafés, and a harbour. A scenic boat trip to glamorous Saint-Tropez is also within reach.

Inside, the home boasts a modern American kitchen with a bar, opening directly to the pool area. Two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own bathroom.
