Beautiful apartment in a fully fenced prestigious villa with the possibility of parking the car inside.
Waterfront villa with access to a cove (opposite the villa) to enjoy the beach and fishing in peace.

Access to a beautiful swimming pool to share with the people of the RDJ apartment, summer kitchen with barbecue, garden table, deckchairs for basking in the sun.
Very close to the center of Saint Aygulf (access 10min on foot) and its bi-weekly Provençal market, its immense fine sandy beaches and the port with its nautical activities (surfing kit, water skiing, jet skiing ...... )

A lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the property. Christian and Lea were wonderful hosts and were available for any queries or recommendations about where to go, shop, etc. both very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for us and the pool and outside sunbathing area was very nice. We also enjoyed having an early morning swim in the sea. Would recommend.

Location. Location. Location.

Situated on the main coast road with a gated driveway, this property could hardly be closer to the sea. The small beach directly over the road is pebbly with crystal clear waters and suited us perfectly. And for those non-beach moments, there was always the lovely pool. The property itself is very clean and well equipped for a family stay. The temperature in the apartment was lovely. Christian and Lea are great hosts - the perfect blend of friendliness and warmth whilst never making us feel crowded or uncomfortable. All in all, a really great stay. Thank you so much to Christian and Lea!

Beautiful apartment with view of the Med. sea

Clean, bright, modern and well-maintained apartment, super comfortable and very well-stocked. Lovely gardens with beautiful flowering plants. We liked relaxing on the upper balcony and the lower terrace by the pool. We saw dolphins from the balcony one morning. Hosts were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed getting to know them. St. Aygulf is a small town with a large sand beach, in a good location for day trips to Frejus, St. Raphael, St. Tropez or north to Provence villages and wineries. We highly recommend going for a sail on La Brigante, a two-masted schooner - fun as well as informative about the area. For a special dinner go to Martinus for excellent food and service, it's located directly on the sea.

Lovely apartment in a superb location

We had an excellent stay at this wonderful property. Christian and Léa were excellent hosts. They met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. They were very helpful, and although a couple of problems weren't able to be fixed during our stay, they also helped us out with providing things we had forgotten to pack. We know the Fréjus area well and loved the fact that this has a (pebbly) beach just across the road. The pool is beautiful and was all set out for us with throws on the sun loungers. The pool water temperature was great - warmer than the sea but still refreshing. This is an upstairs apartment at the back of the villa. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge, one bedroom and the balcony, which has a table and chairs. There are air con units in the main room and bedrooms. There are steps down to the beach. The hosts were in residence in the downstairs apartment but we had sole use of the pool, poolside patio, outdoor seating and barbecue area. It was very private. We would definitely recommend the property and would love to return. Merci Christian et Léa!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben.Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sich im Hintergrund gehalten. Aber sich um alle Belange gekümmert und alles konnte mit google Übersetzer gelöst werden.

Schönes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Urlaubsdomizil

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Villa liegt genau gegenüber einem kleinem ruhigen Strand, den man aber nur mit Badeschuhen nutzen sollte. Sandstrände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Einrichtung der Villa ist zweckmäßig, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Betten handelt es sich um 1,40m Betten, es ist also etwas eng für Erwachsene. Das Highlight der Villa ist definitiv der Pool, den wir täglich genutzt haben.

Excellent séjour - appartement avec terrasse donnant une vue magnifique sur la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L'appartement est idéalement situé afin de profiter des nombreuses activités de la région. La piscine est vraiment top et même si nous étions sensé avec l'appartement du bas (propriétaire y habite) cela ne nous a absolument pas gêné car il n'est quasi jamais présent ou si sur place ils respectent à 100% notre moment en famille !

Un petit coin de Paradis !

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la villa de Christian (9 août ou 31 août). Nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants. Tout y est ! Le beau temps, La piscine (les enfants l'ont vraiment apprécier, elle est grande), la mer, les petits commerces, le marché, les petites criques le long du littoral, les marchés nocturnes, les activités. Christian est à l'écoute et disponible si besoin. Il a de bonnes adresses ! Encore merci pour l'adresse du restaurant "les 2 pins". C'était un délice ! J'aurai une petite chose à dire. Le matelas de la plus petite chambre (la jaune) n'est pas très confortable. Pour des jeunes enfants ça peut aller mais attention pour les adultes, le réveil va être difficile 😉

Sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt mit einem super Eigentümer zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.

Das Objekt liegt wie beschrieben direkt an einer Badebucht. Es muss nur eine Straße passiert werden. Empfehlenswert sind hier Badeschuhe aufgrund der kleinen Steine. Ein sehr schöner Sandstrand mit Restaurants und zwei Strandkiosks ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Keine Parkgebühren nötig. Alternativ ist ein größerer Sandstrand in 8 Minuten erreichbar, bei dem jedoch Parkgebühren anfallen. Der Eigentümer Christian war sehr zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und hilfreich, wenn es bspw. um die Empfehlung von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder preiswerten Restaurants ging, welche er dankenswerterweise für uns reserviert hat. In diesem Zusammenhang ist das Restaurant La Roma sehr zu empfehlen, welches für einen fairen Preis sehr gutes Essen direkt an einem Yachthafen mit wunderbarer Aussicht anbietet. Jeder Raum der Villa exkl. der Sanitärräume besitzt eine eigene Klimaanlage sowie jeweils einen Fernseher. Radio ist im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler. Christian wohnt im Erdgeschoss, was jedoch im Hinblick auf die Privatsphäre kein Problem darstellt, da man sich selten über den Weg läuft. Das Grundstück ist sehr einladend gestaltet und neben einem Pool inkl. Poolbar (samt Kühlschrank, Grill- und Essensplatz) sind noch kleinere Trainingsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der Ort hat sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie diverse Gastronomien. Wer jedoch keine Touristenpreise bezahlen will, sollte bspw. im Carrefour einkaufen gehen. Diese Mall ist in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch Essensmöglichkeiten sind außerhalb weit günstiger. Die Hitze (30 ° C) war aufgrund des stärkeren Windes Mitte Juni sehr erträglich. Nachts kann man problemlos draußen sitzen und dennoch ist es nicht zu warm zum Schlafen. Fazit: Wir hatten als 2 Familien (je mit einem kleinen Kindern) einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub zu einem günstigen Preis.
