Located in Grosseto, this lavish holiday home is perfect for a weekend getaway with a small family or a group of friends. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. A furnished balcony is in place for you to relax and rejuvenate after a long day. You can access the balcony from the living room, where you can enjoy a lovely view.

The sea lies 300 m from the home making it a perfect spot for the beach lovers. For your convenience, restaurants, the town center, and grocery stores are 400 m away. The holiday home il Girasole is located in an apartment complex just 300 metres from Principina Mare and 15 km from Grosseto. The beautiful beaches of the "Uccellina" park are just a few kilometres away. The house is simple but very functional. The islands of Elba and Il Giglio are ideal for excursions. Siena (90 km), Grosseto (15 km) and Castiglione della Pescaia are also worth a visit. The famous "Saturnia" thermal baths are 50 km away. In short, this is a destination with plenty to keep you entertained.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while soaking in the afternoon sun. Wood heating is provided for comfort. Play with your culinary skills and prepare a sizzling platter of barbecue for your dear ones in the evening. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated on the property. A washing machine is available. You can also relax on the bed which will be in the living room (from April 2024 to the end of January 2025).

The guests have to pay €10 per day x water, light linen, initial and final cleaning upon arrival to the owner.

The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.

Lage super, Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen

Das Positive: die Lage ist super. Der Hundestrand (und auch der andere Strand natürlich), ein paar Geschäfte, Lokale (auch zum Frühstücken) und 2 Eisgeschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die große Loggia, mit der großen Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer aus, ist auch toll. Wir waren im September dort und es war eine herrliche Ruhe am Abend/Nacht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Die Dame hat mich über WhatsApp angeschrieben, wann wir ca. kommen und war dann auch schon vor Ort, als wir kamen. Negativ: Die Wohnung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und besonders das Badzimmer und die Küche gehört, zumindest teilweise erneuert. Auch war alles, also auch die Kästchen, in der Küche irgendwie klebrig. Die Schranktüren sind schief und schließen teilweise nicht mehr richtig. Unter den Kasten darf man nicht sehen, hier ist es ziemlich dreckig. Ich habe deshalb darunter gesehen, weil wir eine Maus hatten und ich dort die Falle (selbst gekauft) aufstellen mußte. Die Türen sind verzogen. Wir mußten dann auch die Küchentür schließen, bis wir die Maus gefangen hatten, das ging nur schwer und sie hat sehr laut am Boden geschliffen. Bei der Eingangstür, auch verzogen, wurde ein Zusatz-Sicherheitsschloß angebracht. Das konnte man nur von innen schließen kann, da man sehr fest gegen die Tür drücken mußte, wegen der verzogenen Tür. Von außen konnte man es nicht schließen. Also einbrechen kann man dort leicht. Die Fliegengitter sind auch sehr desolat und helfen nicht mehr gegen Insekten (viele Stechmüc
