Easy walk to the center of Castiglione della Pescaia. private parking, perfect for families with children. Two rooms are on the upper floor with a double bed and one with bunk beds; and the other two are located in the basement. The bathrooms are on each floor. The kitchen has a fridge freezer and oven. Outside you can have lunch on the sea front in the veranda with awning.

Bellissimo appartamento direttamente sulla spiaggia

Abbiamo passato una settimana nell'appartamento a fine dicembre. L'appartamento si trova direttamente su una bella e spaziosa spiaggia. Verso sud si può camminare per chilometri sulla spiaggia. Bel giardino con grill. Posteggio per la macchina. Al centro di Castiglione si arriva tranquillamente a piedi. Casa spaziosa e ideale per noi che viaggiavamo con 4 bambini/giovani. I locatori sono gentilissimi e perfettamente corretti. Tutto come convenuto. Posso consigliare vivamente l'appartamento.

wunderbarer Urlaub, perfekt für die ganze Familie

Wir, vier Erwachsene und ein Hund, waren Anfang September für 14 Tage in Giannis und Valentinas Haus. Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Platz gibt es ausreichend, es ist gemütlich und zwei Bäder sind praktisch.Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell. Direkt an einem feinsandigen Strand gelegen, man kann einfach durch den gepflegten Garten über eine kleine Strandpromenade laufen. Der Kontakt mit Gianni war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir bekamen viele gute Tipps.Unter anderem war das Bagno Tito direkt gegenüber dem Haus, am Strand ,auch eine Empfehlung. Sehr gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Der Ort ist fußläufig zu erreichen und sehenswert.Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Badeurlaub mit Kultur im Hinterland

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, mit umfangreicher Ausstattung, auch sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck ist vorhanden, alles passend für einen Badeurlaub, bei sehr gepflegtem Strand und vor der Hauptsaison sehr ruhige Gegend, im Süden liegt der Nationalpark, großer Kleider- und Wochenmarkt im nahen Grosseto am Donnerstag bis Mittags, kleine Märkte, Geschäfte, Supermarkt sind auch am Reiseort selbst vorhanden, viele Kulturstätten und Museen als Tagesziele mit PKW möglich, gerne wieder.

Appartamento splendido. Finalmente un vero fronte mare! Spazioso, comodo e molto ben accessoriato. Non manca nulla. Il paese, raggiungibile a piedi, è molto carino. Bellissimo il borgo medioevale. Sull'host c'è poco da dire: Impeccabile! Gentile, reattivo e sempre disponibile. Pulizia da non credere, davvero fuori dal comune; sembra di stare a casa propria!

Det bästa med boendet var läget o uteplatsen, hela tiden såg o hörde vi havet. Solnedgången avnjöts från vår tomt. Trevlig värd, vin som välkomstgåva.När elen gick ringde vi o fick telefonsupport, allt fixat då vi fick instruktioner om vilken knapp vi skulle trycka på. Utflykter i etruskernas spår på förmiddagarna, bad på eftermiddagarna. En underbar semester i ett lugnt Toscana i eftersäsong men ändå som svensk sommar. Tack Italien att ni finns! Complimenti

Phantastische Lage

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter, der auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts für uns immer ein freundlicher Ansprechpartner war. Die Lage ist phantastisch - direkt am Strand. Von der schönen Terrasse aus genießt man einen herrlichen Meerblick. Gleich daneben am Strand das Bagno Tito mit sehr freundlichem Personal, sauberem Strand und gutem Restaurant. Ciao, wir kommen wieder.

Perfect apartment right on the beautiful beach and close to shops and the historic city center. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and the garden overlooking the sea is addictive. Castiglione della Pescaia

Consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare Castiglione e i dintorni questa casa. Davvero comoda per la vicinanza alla spiaggia, ad un solo chilometro dal centro del paese. Gianni il proprietario è disponibilissimo per qualsiasi dubbio o informazione. La casa è spaziosa e pulita. Il posto auto riservato non vi farà sprecare tempo nel caso in cui decidiate di fare qualche gita altrove. Una vacanza perfetta!

Ein besonderer Ort

Wir haben den Urlaub in der schönen Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr genoßen! Die Lage ist top, direkt am Meer und unweit (ca. 8 min. zu Fuß) des Dorfes. Entspannter und schöner hätte es für uns nicht sein können. Der Vermieter ist super gastfreundlich und stand uns bei allen offenen Fragen mit Rat und auch Tat (Problem mit dem Auto) zur Seite. Viele Restaurants, schöner Strand (gar nicht überlaufen an Pfingsten) rundum nette Menschen, Sportmöglichkeiten, schöne Landschaft und Umgebung .... Wir werden gerne wiederkommen ! DANKE ; )

Comodissima casa sulla spiaggia!!

La casa è proprio sulla spiaggia, vicinissima a bar, ristoranti e piccoli negozzi e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. La casa è ben attrezzata e il giardino adatto a bambini (chiuso). I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Casa decisamente consigliata!! Torneremo!!

Il mare davanti a casa

Soggiorno perfetto in una casa accuratamente pulita e dotata di ogni accessorio. Eccezionale per famiglie con bambini sia per la posizione, a pochi passi dal mare, che per l'accoglienza degli ambienti. La disponibilità e la cortesia del proprietario costituiscono un ulteriore valore aggiunto. Consigliatissima!
