With an exquisite decoration and capacity for 4 people, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. It has 600mb Fibre Wifi and desk, designed for teleworking, Smart TV, lift and ceiling fan. With all the necessary services just a few steps from the flat and an unbeatable location to make your holidays a unique experience in Tenerife.



Improvement works are currently being carried out in the attic of the building, so you may experience noise within the permitted hours during your stay.

In one of the most beautiful enclaves of the island, on the beachfront, with beautiful sea views that you can see from its beautiful Canarian balcony. This flat is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has a capacity for 4 people, 600mb Wifi fibre internet and a desk, designed for teleworking. With two bedrooms both with ceiling fan, the main bedroom with queen size bed and desk, and the second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. It has a bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the beautiful Canarian style terrace where you can have lunch and relax while contemplating the beautiful views from the flat. With all the comforts, it has Smart TV, lift and a privileged location, right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, with the beach and the pier within walking distance, restaurants, shops and all the necessary services at your fingertips.

The property has a fully equipped independent kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, Smart TV, ceiling fans, lift, private parking, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair, Wifi Internet, desk and much more...

Improvement works are currently being carried out in the attic of the building, so you may experience noise within the permitted hours during your stay.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Wonderful apartment

Lovely modern apartment as close to the action as you could wish to be. Great view over the old fishing harbour from the superb balcony. Very well equipped with all you would need for a comfortable stay. Close to restaurants and shops and a great base for exploring the town. We didn't use the parking garage as there was a free car park very close by. We would love to ( and may well do ) return! Notes to manager / owners. The main beds really need changing as they make a lot of noise on any movement and they are probably a little too hard. The sliding door to the balcony needs some maintenance as it's very difficult to open and close. The fan in the main bedroom has an annoying "tick", could this be replaced? Otherwise, a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Perfecta ubicación y vistas desde el bonito balcón.

Vivienda en primera línea de playa, con un precioso balcón canario donde disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas a la playa del Muelle. Comodísima, ya que puedes desplazarte caminando por el centro del Puerto de la Cruz que dispone de una amplia variedad de supermercados y restaurantes. La ubicación es inmejorable y el alojamiento súper bonito, para repetir!
