The open floor plan concept is ideal for entertaining the entire family. 69 Shell Ring is a 3-bed, 3.5-custom built home located in Sea Pines Plantation. The living area is equipped with a TV and allows access to your private deck. The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy lagoon views while sipping on your morning coffee! Adjacent to the living area is the large kitchen and dining area that seats up to six. The master suite with queen bedding and en-suite bath is also located on the first floor. The second floor has a den outfitted with queen size sofa bed and a TV. Next to the den is the twin bedroom with a TV. The twin bedroom has access to the hall bathroom. At the end of the hall is a queen suite with a large en-suite bath and a TV. This home’s layout and convenient location make for a stress-free vacation.
This home is just a short walk from the lovely community pool. The pool area has 3 large gas grills and a covered seating area. While the kids enjoy swimming, the adults can relax around the pool in the comfortable chaise lounges or grill burgers for the whole family! If the family wants to spend the day at the beach, take the Sea Pines Trolley right to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Conveniently located next to the trolley stop and beautiful bike paths, this home has everything you need for the perfect vacation.

My family and I stayed at this rental property and cannot fault it. The house is gorgeous and very well presented throughout, as well as having plenty of space for everyone to relax. It’s not too far into the resort so easy to tour around. We had a wonderful holiday and would be very happy to recommend it to others!

We loved this property. It was very large and had everything you could ask for. We were able to use the Sea Pines Trolly for beach access. Close to the entrance of Sea Pines which was convenient for accessing the rest of HHI. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and had a fun floor plan that made it nice for all of us to have our own space. Great location in a quiet area. Loved that the property came with bikes for the guest. Great pool, great walking neighborhood, and a bike ride away for everything in sea pines. We will definitely come back to this house for our next family vacation.

Maybe the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in! Amazing 4 bikes included which made the ride to the beach a breeze and an adventure itself. We would definitely stay here again. Cooked breakfast every morning and 2 dinners the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. Even nicer in person .

The house was perfect for our family of 8. The extra den on the 2nd floor was great. The location was nice, very close to the pool just a short 2-minute walk. We have been coming to HHI for 15 years and have never had such nice neighbors (the ones that were homeowners in the neighborhood).

We had a terrific stay. This house is very nice! We all had plenty of space for 8 women. The kitchen is well-equipped. The pool is a very short walk. The shuttle wasn’t running during our stay but the drive or bike ride to the beach wasn’t too far. We rode horses at Lawton Stables, and visited Harbor Town. Our VERY favorite was eating at Low Country Produce Market & Cafe’! We would love to be able to stay here again!

This had to be the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Everything was spotless from top to bottom. The communication was top notch and flawless. Parking passes, bikes, key codes all went off without a hitch. One bike had a ripped seat, we called and it was immediately replaced. The living room furniture is super clean and comfortable. The first floor bedroom could use an update with new flooring/bed and a check to the AC system as it didn't seem as cool as the rest of the house, but it was clean and comfortable. We had three teenagers who had plenty of room to spread out. The community pool is a PLUS after a hot day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
The property and neighborhood were beautiful. The house was clean and lovely, with a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room for us to have privacy in sleeping and working spaces. I don’t think we lacked for anything. The neighborhood was quiet, maybe because we were there off season? And I liked meeting the friendly year round residents including The alligators on the lagoon.
The bikes were a lovely bonus which I used mornings and evenings as there was a bike path just out side the neighborhood. They allowed me to explore more of the resort’s nature preserve, the ocean and other developments.
It was a memorable stay in a well maintained house. The management company was very friendly and kept me well informed of various details of checkin and check out.

My husband and our four daughters stayed at this property with my parents. We all had plenty of room! This was an amazing vacation rental with all the immentities and plenty of room to spread out. The appliances were fabulous- the washer and dryer were very large and updated and helped us keep on top of laundry. The kitchen appliances were also great. The bathrooms were very large! Our favorite things about this property were sunrises with coffee on the deck overlooking the pond, family dinners in the large kitchen, hanging out playing games. The walk to the pool was short and the pool is huge! Of note, there is no hot tub.
We were able to take the canal road to the pool on our bikes and it was very easy. We also listened to Greg Russell in Harbor Town and enjoyed Salty Dog and a couple other restaurants on the Island. We rented a pontoon boat to search for Dolphins and we found many. We played put-put golf at Legendary. Everything was close to the house and it made for a memorable vacation. We would definitely stay in this house again!

We enjoyed our stay and the location to the pool, tennis courts and trolley were terrific. The home held 8 of us comfortable with a nice kitchen eating area just off the family room. The large chorus of frogs in the evening was entertaining as was the severe weather we had one evening. Home must meet Hurricane and tropical storm requirements because we were in the middle of some wild weather. Management company came out soon after a phone call regarding needed clean up and repair. We enjoy grilling out dinners so since the home doesn’t have an outdoor grill we went to the pool for dinners. Lovely setting but a bit of work to carry everything there. Lovely week in Sea Pines.

We could not have been more pleased with this vacation home. It was incredible clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated, and the layout is great for multi-family vacations. The home is located on a quiet street, right next to the reserve bike trail entrance, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and very professional. This is our new favorite vacation rental, and we can’t wait to go back!!!
Beautiful home - clean, bright, airy, spacious - in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the home immensely. Lovely spaces for privacy and for common activities, games, and relaxing together. Although in most ways, we had everything we needed - including bikes- we did not have enough supplies for a week stay with the family and needed to purchase small but essential items like toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, glass cleaner (The glass table top in dining room needs constant cleaning to look good), and we could not find sheets for pull-out couch. The carafe for the coffee maker was broken when we arrived. Small details in an otherwise great experience.
I have a group of ladies that I travel with and we really needed a change of senery.
Everything was great! We got to see an alligator, which was exciting. I would encourage others to choose this home to stay in on their vacation. We had a great time. Thank You
The house was great, and it was fantastic to be able to ride bikes on the beach this time of year. Prior years we came to HHI in July and August. Everything was clean, organized and well maintained. It was a nice touch as well to have beach towels available.
This property is very nice and well equipped. One of the best vacation rentals We have ever stayed at. Bikes are essential in SeaPines and this property came with 4 adult bikes. The beach club was a 1.9 mile ride. What would have made this a 5 star rating is if there were a Keurig coffee maker and detailed instructions on how to use the 5 televisions. Mgt company forgot to give combination to the bike locks. Additionally, it would have been an extra bonus if there were a detailed local's guide left for guests -maps, bike trails, favorite eateries, nearby grocery stores, gas stations, etc. We are a family that likes to take everything in and having to Google where everything was in proximity to the property, was tedious. We had a great time, none-the-less and highly recommend this property.
